CPR Recruitment Review

Very very unprofessional i worked day in day out no problems as soon as the job finished i was ignored by Luke one of their managers, told i turned down jobs 20-30mins away which i already agreed i could make and that i shouldn't think they are just recruiting me..

Another assumption on his part as that was never my impression.

He went on to list 4 alternative locations and sarcastically ask if i could make those (as he assumed i could not previously) all but 1 were within 45mins of my home he made a point to have me search the 4th and it was a 2hr journey at which point he emphasised the other applicants near to those areas would be prioritised due to distance.

(when asked about the other 3 i COULD make there was no response however i went on to find put those locations only required painters and decorators nothing to do with labourers meaning he stated the locations simply to try and prove a point)

Then told i was swearing at him and would find no more work with them (Also a lie).

When i called their customer service team to complain about the leader in question (Luke) the proper complaints procedure was not followed, Tim on "customer service" told me he heard how the call was handled and saw no problems with it (even though he couldn't hear my responses??).

He then advised i should just find another agency!

Luke was contacted 3x prior to my call he read my messages but clearly did not feel the need to reply.

Only good this about this company was my experience with their recruiter Ciara nothing but help everytime i contacted and i wish her the very best in all future endeavours.

Brilliant agency, always find me work. Everytime I work for them I get paid every Friday.

Highly unprofessional with a bad attitude unresponsive with calls or messages they dont pay you after youve done the work they done this with many others suprised they still operate the way they do disgraceful

That's because when I was trying to register, person with whom I spoke was EATING during conversation and when I try to get attention he just hung up on me.

An amazing company to work for. CPR are professional, friendly and hold a great work ethic throughout. Since working with CPR, I have learnt an exceptional amount which has enhanced my skills entirely within Recruitment. Would highly recommend as a company to work with and for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They are known to lie to their workers to get them to confirm shifts that they won t pay for. Unprofessional and you would work for them but when it comes to pay day they won t pay what you worked for and ignore your calls and texts!! Please save yourself the headache and AVOID!!!

Really good firm to work for, friendly and reliable staff. Consistent with pay and on time and have a good strong flow of work at all times !

I am carpenter, I have used loads of recruiters over the years. Its nice to finally find a consultancy that not only find me regular quality work but also care that they are matching the right worker to the right employer. The team are super friendly and always bend over backwards to make sure I'm happy.

A dodgy and unprofessional agency that will push you to work with no contract provided so you dont know what and if you get paid. When i asked about contract i been told that some another company will give me contract later on?! and then i been ignored. The guy Luke was very rude and disrespectful to me he should not be working with people. Register at your own risk and hassle.

Dont believe every review you read have worked for this agency a couple of times when it comes to payment they are not organized at all i had to work a week in hand then to find out that my hours have not been signed off and my payment will be late its now going into my thrid week and still no payment
