Sad to see that Cox Pools hires workers that can't get through the day without a liquor break. It's 12:40 pm. Geez, hope that pool doesn't leak.

Wonderful sales team. When in the pool purchase market ensure you take a look at Cox Pools. Held off on our purchase now but we know for us there is only one choice for a pool build in the near future. Don t mess around with second rate when you are looking for a purchase that will last the life of your home.
We pulled the trigger in the fall of last year. Took about a month or so to get the design down with our pavers and all, because we changed a few things. They produce an awesome rendering of your back yard so you get a true feel of what it's going to look like. Once we picked out colors and all, they started in about 2 weeks. From mid-December to end of January they were on the ball. Even through the holidays they ran ahead of schedule. Being in Gulf County, Cox Pools was the only company to call us back and set up an appointment. I feel confident they wouldn't been the one we'd have pick, regardless. Everything turned out great. Had a small issue with the pump making a noise and they were out the next morning to solve it. No questions asked. 10/10 would recommend.

They are helpful , but didn't have the pool toys we were looking for.
Or family had a standard kidney bean shape pool put in our backyard the summer of 2020 by Cox Pools. The salesman (Jerry) was very friendly, explained the options, no high pressure sales or upselling. The construction started on time but hit a delay for a while due to bad weather. Cox pools told us this up front though, so we weren't surprised. During the shotcrete part we had a concern about some areas that looked like a worker boot print. Cox pools sent a construction manager out and he personally fixed our concerns. We had to make one warranty call for a small part of the concrete decking that chipped away. Brittany at Cox pools helped us out with that and got someone out right away to get it looking good as new.
People really need to go into pool construction with an understanding mind. Some delays can happen for various reasons and your yard is definitely going to get tore up from the fact they are using heavy machinery for construction. If you do your research on the process it will help you understand things and put your mind at ease.
Overall we are happy with Cox pools.

Although we hit some snags due to the lack of labor in our area, we are beyond pleased with our final outcome. We are very thankful for Landon, our salesperson, for keeping us informed, updated and pushing us through to completion.
Very Disappointing. They are now on there third time doing my concrete and cant get it right. They even put both jets in shallow end and Polaris hook up in deep end and had concrete in one jet pipe and also messed up one jet pipe and still put cap on and tryed to hide it from us but i tried to move it to were it would flow properly and it feel off. My equipment pad is only 1 inch thick in spots and way out off level. I also paid someone to wire everything and they unhooked my lights and r still un hooked months later.we started on pool in october. They even put wrong drain in and also had it slopping to my house a 1/4 inch so i had pond at my back door and they lie all they time.they r constantly messing up more personal property. They also unplugged my freezer and now all of my meat i had was close to 6000 to 7000 in meat in it and they left it that way and ruined it. This whole situation is not over yet. They will not contact me. I sent this to them today and no response at all. This is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
TEXT.I was informed that you would not be replacing the scimmer. However, it now has a very long cut in it. Drew had made the statement that I was the one that wanted the concrete removed, which is correct due to the fact that your employees cannot get it right. I have a total of $50,000.00 in this pool and refuse to settle for less than the best. I expect you to replace everything that is not correct or I will seek full compensation for the pool and the following damages caused by your company:
Broken/chipped house foundation, damaged pergola, Hardy board, fence removal and replacement, ruined flower beds, a half load of dirt that belonged to me used by Randy, cut well line, cut trim boards, hole in back yard from concrete truck, sod destroyed by spinning around on your Georgia buggy, lost time from work for my wife and I and 3 months behind agreed completion date.
I offered on two occasions a chance for this to be settled for $6, 000.00, but you refused both times. That offer no longer stands and I expect the job done right in a timely manner and a reasonable offer made to me to compensate me for the above listed items.
I have been patient and willing to do my part in resolving this including driving from Altha to the West end of Panama City Beach to meet with Drew only to be refused a meeting. I deserve respect. You work for me.
I was informed by Doug, while in the parking lot of your office, that Drew said he would come to my house the following day to meet with me but he never showed up nor called to say why. I have messaged Drew on more than one occasion and he refused to contact me back.
On today's date, June 20, 2019, two of your employees engaged in a verbal argument outside of my house using profanity. It escalated to the point that my mother-in-law had to go outside and tell them to stop. Two of my young daughters were also inside the house and heard their use of loud, unprofessional vulgar language. I need a response back ASAP to resolve this matter quickly. A quick a direct response is expected and appreciated from Drew, his supervisor or the owner of the company.
Thank you and have a blessed day.
I cant believe you think you r getting the best around and actually get the worst in country.
I will stand by my review until they do or see otherwise.
Very professional and fast response. I needed all of my old pool equipment replaced so they came out, gave me their recommendations and scheduled the work right away. Great to work with.
Cox built a beautiful pool, and they continue to be extremely helpful, post construction. Daniel and team deserve great accolades for their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Update:
Unfortunately our pool pump quit over the weekend. The true test of a good company is not just what they do for you on the front end. Service after the sales is very important, nothing worse than to be left hanging.
COX DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! A call made on Monday had Amber here on Tuesday. No fussing around waiting for a fix or a run to the shop, a brand-new Pump, installed and running in just a few minutes.
Thank you !
Tom,
Jennie and I want to thank you for the wonderful pool building experience. Our first consultation set the tone with your relaxed, informative style. You answered every novice question we had from consultation to final build.
We are very pleased with the final product. The water is crystalline and the new tile choices we were offered are gorgeous. The sheer wall for our water feature has a gentle cascade that is lovely to fall asleep to.
Please thank Randy, John, Joey, Amber and all the others that made our pool so beautiful.
Warmly,
Jennie and Jim
