Very unprofessional. Had three interviews and after the third one got an email saying they were moving forward with me with the hiring process. I never heard back, after a week I gave them a call and said the positions were filled that I interviewed for.

The newspaper distributers constantly throw papers in my driveway. I have even waited for and talked to the person doing it. They still throw them in my driveway anyway. Currently channel 7 is off the air due to them doing tower repairs. They say they have workers on tower doing repairs. I've driven by the tower at least 5 times. I have not seen any workers or any repair vehicles. Channel 7 new has changed many of their newscasters. I actually heard one of the weathermen say "It's going to be as cold as my ex girlfriend. That's why she's my ex girlfriend".

I have been TRYING for several years to get the Sunday Values paper STOPPED from being thrown on my driveway. I have called and written. No response, no action. City I live in: no response, no action. Really??? Why can't someone get a hold of the delivery person and stop paper from being thrown on my driveway. It's a safety issue: it "looks" like no one is home!!! If someone breaks in my house on a Sunday, Cox is responsible.

Signed up just before thanksgiving in 2019 so we could get Black Friday sales ads .Sams club allowed their salesperson to hook new customers.Well we ve paid 14.99 a month for 5 months and received a total of 2 newspapers one friday and one Saturday last month . I complained in February online no response.I cancelled and requested refund as we only received 2papers.I finally received credit of$8.13 .What a deal!$33.41 an issue. THIEVES!BEWARE! I inadvertently signed up for a subscription for this company when I made a donation to the special olympics over a year ago. They gained my card information and I have tried cancelling COUNTLESS times, but I am STILL being billed every single month. I have called and asked calmly, gotten assertive, and even put a block from them on my bank account, but they are still taking $13 a month from my account! I haven t ever received a single paper either! And I don t want one. I want my money back. I ve probably had $200 taken from me by this company and not received a single paper. They lie and tell you they will cancel your subscription on the phone, then the next month rolls around and the proceed to take your money again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Cox Media sold me a coupon book then continued charging my account for a year. I paid for a coupon book that I was told was a one-time fee of $9.99, I have been getting charged since. In December 2019, two people from the Dayton Daily News came to my door and offered me a coupon book. They specifically told me that it was a one-time fee of $9.99 for a coupon book that could be used through-out the year for 2020 so I bought it. However, I was never told I had been signed up for a "subscription" and that my account would be charged $9.99 every month. I am definitely not happy with money being taken out of my account without my knowledge. It has added up to a total of almost $110.00 now and I would like that back along with having my "subscription" cancelled. I desire a full refund of the $110.00, and access to my bank account to end.

It was cool I guess. I went to the building to report a news story. Talked to security over the intercom. Didn't get to see the inside of the place so I can't comment. The outside was immaculate. The guard was nice enough. I ended up sending an email to the media contact for news.
