Mark took the time explain what the 100,000 mile check was and we discussed a plan to do all of the activities in a schedule based on my time availability and budget. He really cares about his clients and it shows in the questions he asks and the plans he proposes to not stress me financially. He is an asset to GM and I wish more service providers were like him.
I was looking for a new car and I was very nervous about doing this on my own. The guys at the covert dealership were so nice and so helpful. Alex Beltran was absolutely amazing and helped me find the right car for the price I was looking for. He was so honest and kind. The environment was so fun and the music they played was great. I 10/10 recommend going to this dealership.
I received an email from car fax that covert GMC wanted to buy my vehicle. I contacted them and got a message right away. Alex Perez sent me a video text of the car that I was interested in. He went over everything with us and got me a great trade in value.

All was great. Chad was very helpful and got me all set up in my new truck. I love this truck. The finance manager, Charlie was also very helpful and accommodating. Says he wasn t a very Salesie guy but he knows what he s doing to pitch Ext warranties. But he did it in a way that made me comfortable, and see the value in the Ext warranty. I bet he gets a kick out of this comment, but seriously he was great too. I do have some bubbles in the tinted eyebrow that was installed, if they don t go away I ll bring the truck back by but all was wonderful. The wife s itching for a new Yukon when the kids get a little older so I ll be back in due time.
Loved my service at Covert Buick GMC! The salesman Manny Sepeda was able to help me find a perfect car as a first time new car buyer! Walked on the lot one day and was able to leave with my dream car the very next!
Four things that made me stop at the Tesla dealership on the way home yesterday:
1. I was left waiting in the drop off area for 15 minutes ungreeted while your service guys were chatting inside.
2. Once I was greeted, the guy started.to take my information and then inexplicably walked away. He came back several minutes later and said, "Computer is down. Guess we do this the old fashion way." Customers who have been left waiting do not like to be just left without explanation or at the very least an excuse me for a minute.
3. Neither one of the service guys who I encountered knew how to open my door. The first one yanked on the door handle so hard, I thought he was going to break it. He looked at me like I was a magician when I told to just push the button. So did the other guy.
4. When I had a conversation about my experience with the ladies inside, they advised me to go somewhere else for my service needs. I am going to take their advice.

When I got there, the first person that greeted me was Darrel. With a great attitude, helpful & friendly. Then Peyton checked me in. He also did a great job. By giving me updates on my vehicle. These 2 guys really made me feel welcomed & to want to return. It s hard to find people with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & they did just that. Thank you guys.
