Coverall of St. Louis Review

Would not recommend. by far one of the worst cleaning companies. Everyday was a new complaint. took over two months to get everyone on the same page and the place still looked a mess.

Worst company in STL for having your business cleaned. Our videos caught them bringing their kids to our work site and them using brooms to clean our tables.. Very unprofessional Stay away!

I am the office point of contact for Handsfree Group regarding our business with Coverall. Our person is Andre and he has been great. He is responsive, friendly, and does a fantastic job every time he is here. I highly recommend Coverall and Andre in particular for your office cleaning needs!

This is by far the worst cleaning company not just in STL but Nationwide. They are all about revenue and not customer service. When the people in the office looks dirty, dirty clothes and oily hair......that should be a sign to stay away. Please do not sign a contract with them because once you do, it's hell to get out of.

I will begin by saying I have never left a bad review for a business. However, I was so disheartened by our practice's experience that I felt compelled to help others avoid the same mistake with Coverall of St. Louis. The experience for our two location office has been quite terrible. We are a healthcare provider and began trying to work with our cleaner over 12 weeks ago as many of our patients were commenting upon how dirty our office had been. We even had one family leave our practice! I had two personal meetings with our cleaner, left several voice mails, notes and texts and the cleaning did not improve at all. We even conveyed to the cleaner that we would have to switch cleaning companies if it did not improve...to no avail. The Coverall of STL business would not let us break contract even when we could more than adequately prove how many times we had reached out to improve the quality of the services we were receiving. It has become so bad we have had our team members clean the office in the mornings before we see patients! Coverall's response was "sorry not sorry" and I was shocked and saddened by the level of customer service. They are a big corporation that farms out cleaners to businesses and then does not support the business when a problem arises. We have learned our lesson and will next time do business with a cleaning company that prides itself in customer service. My interactions with everyone, including Daniel and Amanda, have not been satisfactory. Their response is that the owner lives in Dallas and they can't help me out as the owner says 'no.' I have spent hours upon hours reaching out to them. In any case, lesson learned! Please proceed with caution when considering Coverall of St. Louis.

We have used Coverall of Saint Louis for more than a year now, and they provide a high quality service each week without any hassle on our end. They are completely professional and highly recommended.

I've had Coverall for over 2.5 years and the quality of service is excellent. They come in at night after we close, clean the building and take care of our trash, etc... We come in the next day to a clean office, Highly recommend!

We have been using Coverall for about 5 months now at our business and have noticed a much cleaner work environment. Our regular cleaning person does a great job with what we ask her to do. We have our business cleaned while we are working, and for the most part, do not get interrupted by the cleaning process.

We ve been a customer now into our 8th year. Kevin and Gary have been good to work with although I rarely have needed to. The Franchisee they paired us with has done a good job throughout the years!
