Travelled to Cov,to have feet checked as suffer from over pronation-so obviously require the right pair..eventhough have been advised on certain pairs to wear.

My intention was to buy a pair on my visit,until I got the worst possible service..
I wonder if his Employer has witnessed his staff's customer service,if this is how he behaves daily I would worry about the future for this business.

Knowledgeable staff, decent selection at reasonable prices. Also some of the best customer service you could ask for - one of the best examples of why you should support local business rather than use the corporate giants, they really care about their customers.
