It was a wonderful experience. I love the service. What an amazing place!

Pretzel bread was excellent! Was happy to find out that you can put any toppings on any sandwich!

Always get good service here. I most always call in my order for pick up. Usually 10 maybe 15 minutes. Always ready when i get there.

Worst experience going to this location! I was the first and only customer this morning and they completely messed up all 6 of my sandwiches. I told them grilled onions, cheese, extra mayo and cut into half pieces. I drive all the way to work and no mayo, no grilled onions, no cheese, and not even cut in half. I drive all the way back and for my big inconvenience they offered me a small soda. Even felt sick afterwards with the new made sandwiches. The crew members working had an attitude with making my order over. Avoid this location or check your order before leaving!

Awsome service. Got 3 turkey subs today and they were all like i asked . Very good food.

I love cousins, but this time my double cheese steak was kinda dry. They forgot my mayo.

This cousins was clean, the service was a little slow but we did go in there at high noon on a busy Friday.

Always have outstanding customer service and great food.

It is horrible things are sick and they don't take good care of the place. I will not go to cousins subs.

Good service. Usually subs are good, but did have the special bbq pork sub last week and found it dry. This is not the norm here though.

This location is excellent. Whether you go into order, call, or complete your order online, you can be assured your order will still be hot and ready when you arrive. Very convenient to reach and lots of parking.

Yummo! Food always made fresh and love that Cubano- wish it was on the menu all the time!

Friendly staff, reasonably valued menu, fresh products all makes for a good food experience. This is the consistency you can expect from the Cousins Subs restaurants.

I go here for lunch with my coworkers every couple of weeks. We like it because it's never to busy so wet get our food fast and hot. Customer severe here is great as well..

The place is clean as a whistle. Service was excellent and the people seemed as if they truly enjoyed their job and liked working here and as anyone knows this is paramount to getting good food. If you need food and are in the area dont hesitate to stop. Free wi-fi, a flat screen, clean bathrooms, and even a nice area to enjoy your food outside.

Arrived 10 minutes before 8:00pm (their closing time). Door was locked with employees inside and light off. I knocked and pointed them to their store hours sign which states that they close at 8:00pm. Two employees went to the door to question me and when I asked if they would take my order since its early, they said they already turned off their grill. So they denied their service, and are not true to their schedule.

Both my sister in law and myself ate their tuna sandwiches for lunch 9/30/2020 and had diarrhea all last night and this morning 10/01/2020. I ll never eat here again horrible and I m pregnant so this is even worse

My sandwich waited 5 minutes on the counter before the employees finally decided to start making the fries that would complete the order. Sandwich turned out could and to make matters worse, the container of fries was only half full!!

When its busy the food is great but somehow, when its slow, they can't manage to figure out how to compleate a sandwich. When all the ingredients are listed out in front of you and you cant even follow that... no excuse

Very Very Very Bad. This is not a place that I would ever go again. I had the impression that they didn't want us there because of the color of our skin. Service was not good, the management should be ashamed that they are living a lie. Your store does not deserve a point on a star.

Two years ago I took some to Atlanta Ga I was both loved and hated Loved for the hometown (Milwaukee) treats hated because I didn't bring enough.

Ate here a couple times got sick only once from some steak I had a bad experience with the manager on first shift white lady heavy set with glasses felt like I had too watch her make my food would not recommend during first shift hrs

It's the closest cousins to my home but i prefur going to a different location due to the slow service, no soups, and poor choices in sodas.

I m very upset at this location because the quality of the food! Don t give you enough vegetables and the quality is very poor!

Service is slow. Wasn't busy and waited over 5 minutes.

Ordered the chicken bacon cheddar to go and they forgot the bacon. By the time I noticed it I was 30 minutes away. Not worth driving back to get it fixed. The cashier was pretty short with customers at the counter. She didn't seem people friendly.

I've used 2 of this owners Cousins Restaurants for many, many years. Park Place and Brown Deer. They not only truly strive for excellence in their food quality, but cleanliness, and outstanding customer service as well. I would only go to stores owned by these gentlemen. They truly make their clients feel appreciated!

Came here today on my lunch break. Ordered over the phone and the employee seemed really friendly. When I arrived, he dropped my fries right away and all my food was hot and ready within a reasonable time. Great customer service and friendly staff, I will most certainly return.

Wasn't the worst sub I've had but I was thinking at the price point it would be mor like a penn station but was closer to being a more expensive subway.
Edit :yes with quality there is cost I am simply saying the quality of cousins subs is on par with subway but at a higher price point as I said before your price is comparable to a Penn station east cost subs but your quality isn't as high sorry if that statement offense you
