Worst Cousins ever... My order was made wrong twice not only did I waste 40mins for Fast food I was charged for a double portion of tuna and mind you I ordered two tuna subs they were The Same Size but I told them once it s the same size and you charged double portion they again made the same sandwich with more mayo and the old Guy claims he put two portions and even the cashier just stared.... IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE GET A JOB OUTSIDE OF SERVICING People! I will never go here ever again in Life!!!! I love Cousins but this one should b ShutDown! ALSO: Your establishment is too Small for Dine in during a PANDEMIC!!!! Miller Parkway is way Better and CLEAN!!!

Terrible customer service ! These guys have no customer service skills what so ever . They think arguing with customers is the answer .

Been buying my sandwiches at this location for years but lately I've been disappointed in how my sandwiches have been made. For the last few months three of my sandwiches have not been properly few slices of meat a few veggies and a little bit of mayo. I will not a give this particular worker another chance to ruin my sandwiches again.This location will be off limits for me until she quit working at this location.

Adding more subs options or daily special on menu could be a great way.

The manager Miss Calloway was awesome with her customer service skills I'm going above and beyond to ensure that we have the right stuff

I go to this cousins probably once a week. Depending on the cashier service can fluctuate. However I will say that they are some of the friendliest people in Milwaukee.

It is a nice restaurant, but they like you to cook chicken and meat at the same lounge where you can rest in Beijing

Just had a delivery order from this location. Something is off about the bread. Other locations have fantastic bread. The bread here was dry ,not airy and didn't have a fresh taste. Almost like they bought the buns at walmart.

I rarely write reviews, but I do when I really like a place or a place just fails too many times. Everyone knows Cousins' is a great sub place as far as taste. However, the service here is usually a miss. For my last 3 visits at this location I have walked out empty handed because they decided to turn off the grill at a particular time usually anywhere after 9 (one time as early as 9:15 because as the employee informed me there were no customers there to order anything and I assume they wanted an early night out as soon as they can ). For those visits where I have walked out with something in hand (within the past 3 months) it is like the people working the front is doing everything on their own because those in the back are not helping those in the front after they even ask them to (I have only experienced this on the weekends during the afternoon/evening hours). Still those in the front kept it really friendly and were very apologetic for the wait and I just silently gave my kudos to those workers because they were trying their best while not letting the situation get to them. I do not come here as often anymore because of the service and I just go next door if they are not closed.

So many years later in February 2019 they still like to shut down the grill early claiming the grill is not working. Cross-eyed girl made the claim and I am pretty it s bs. If I want a cold sub I ll just go to Jimmy John s.

Manager didn't wash his hands when he made my food, he didn't put gloves either. He was rude & he was talking ish about a customer after she left.

Good food !Fast ! Wouldn't recommend sitting by the door ...to drafty!

All of my food was nice and hot and fresh! It didn't even make it home! The cheese curds and marinara was so yummy and so were the fries!

Maybe staffs have been changed.
I had very good service from this shop, taste is no need to explain.

I asked to have sandwich cut in half and she forgot.

I absolutely love this cousin subs. Its by far one of the best in Milwaukee. They aren't cheap when it comes to the meat. The subs are definitely longer and they go hard with the meat like I'm telling you, i usually get a 15" from other cousins locations but a 7 1/2" from here has me set. I highly recommend it. Also they have a cute little root beer spout that i love aswell makes me feel fancy getting a root beer float.

There is no point in ordering online you still have to wait in line.

Service was a little slow but the drink machine had little selection left in it and nothing good to choose from. Would have been nice to know that before I paid for their over priced drink.

The new system is slow and confusing. I had to place part of my order at the beginning of the line and then the rest at the end of assembly line. I miss the old method of placing my order all at once and someone else passed the information to the rest of the staff. Next this location did not have the pepsi machine ready for use ( I never got my Lemonade) , the area was smokey because the exhaust hood were not working, one employee making the subs had long chipped finger nails, another did not wear a hat, my sandwich was not prepared like I asked, and while I was leaving another employee was eating a sandwich behind the counter while standing over the sandwich making line. Very disappointing experience especially since this was not my first time visiting this location

There food is great. Nice clean place. They just got new workers so at this time you have to be patient cause you can tell she just start working there.

With the craziness going on, consumers are not out and about like they use to be, however the employees are slacking as well.

Slow Service and poor attitude of the workers. Honestly the only reason to be here is the convinience of location.
The place itself is average to pretty okay.

If you order online, one's order isn't even ready with half an hour lead time on off-peak hours. Good luck if the order is correct.

Went there for my normal sandwich and got garbage. They would not fix it. Won't be back.

They are not open the hours that are posted i have been there twice now and they are closed when they say they are open.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AT THIS SPOT...ITS A AFRO AMERICAN YOUNG LADY CANT REMEMBER HER NAME..A YOUNG CHICK WITH MUTIL COLOR HAIR..AND A WHITE DUDE..DONT KNOW ANY NAMES..BUT LOVE THE SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE!!
