Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor Review

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, clean and had a great view! It was a very enjoyable stay.

Nice place, great location. Fantastic restaurant. The bartender was a little annoying. Never greeted customers or even acknowledged that they were there. Had to leave one night and head to the bar next door because I couldn't get a drink.

We had a great room with an awesome view! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect!

Best Courtyard in the Marriott system, both location wise as well as property wise. Great lobby and restaurant, live jazz (really!) and great staff. About an hour from Sugarbush and Jay Peak, and steps away from Church St.

As a Marriott BonVoy elite member, I have enjoyed stays in many Marriott brand hotels, but the Courtyard takes the cake.

1. EVERY TIME I check in, the front desk team greets me by name, with a smile and cookie. If possible, I get a room upgrade with a BEAUTIFUL view. (Go ahead and spend the extra money to get a lake front view. Its unparalleled!

2. The rooms, spacious, clean and well appointed. My only complaint would be the fact that he TVs are parallel to the bed, and not in front. This isnt a big deal, because the view would be compromised if it was any different.

3. Frank, the greatest bartender is one of the best parts of this hotel. Legit, i have probably spent more time downstairs by the fire with Frank, than in my room. There is not one person who has met him, that doesnt know how wonderful his personality is, and how good his drinks are! (Ask for an old fashion.....he makes them perfect!)

4. Bleu: GREAT eats. In the restaurant or in room dining. The food and staff there is amazing. The changing menu keeps up with the available produce during the seasons, but there are faithful dishes that are always a homerun. (At least weekly, I have the Bleu and Green Salad, with Sea Scallops......THA BEST!!!)

Location, great rooms, good food, and an Excellent staff are just a few reasons you should book here. You will be very pleased! Promise.

Favorite hotel to stay at while I'm in Burlington. Beautiful views of the lake and a very short walk to the Church Street plaza. They also have a fantastic seafood restaurant on site.

I paid extra for a Lakeside view, which was quite lovely but the linen on the bed looked really frayed and dated the room is clean except when I got into the shower and try to pull up the drain in the whole thing came out in my hand along with the wad of other peoples human hair yuck

Stay here all the time! Conveniently located, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff and unlimited in/out parking. I definitely prefer over the Hilton down the street, it's just more welcoming.

Great location and nicely appointed rooms. The restaurant is very good too. The elevators are an issue, very slow.

Broken sink clogged full of someone else's hair- asked three times to fix - no one answers the phone - they end up sending someone who could not fix it - did not even accommodate us with alternative option . three days of using bathtub to clean teeth. Also did not explain in check in no towels or supplies without request. Even when we did request them they did not arrive. .had to go to front desk to get shampoo no soap. Weak excuse for not cleaning the room due to Covid exposure but disgusted with the staff. They should have moved us to another room- manager does not return phone calls -

It was a beautiful setting by the lake. With spectacular views and very nice meeting rooms staff was also very nice and helpful. I very much so enjoyed my visit and would attend another seminar there anytime. Excelent all around

Attended a professional business meeting here which included all the amenities you would expect. Comfortable and we'll setup meeting space. Delicious food. Outdoor space perfect for also getting a little sun in while having the meeting.

The hotel was wonderful. Views of the lake spectacular, in suite jacuzzi was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Had a fantastic dinner at Bleu. Staff friendly and helpful!

Very nice and clean hotel, great location. Good views, however it is worth noting that if you choose a lakeside view room make sure to be above the treeline (3rd floor was just too low).

Great location in Burlington and great service inside the hotel. The bar was packed and cozy for nightcaps, and the room service was impeccable on our last day. Will definitely be staying again!

Nice hotel, great location. Walk to it all in downtown Burlington. More reasonably priced than other local hotels

Located 2 blocks from church street. The rooms were clean & up to date. The staff were very pleasant. The pool was nice and warm. The only thing was their "spa" or hot tub had water jets but they didn't work by design. Odd.

The location is perfect, downtown minutes from waterfront and lake champlain. There is everything all around including burlington town center, tourist attractions such as lake champlain chocolates and ben and jerrys ice cream, restaurants, and city market with locally grown food. The interior is beautiful and unique and the staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming.

Friendly staff and nice venue. Linens are a bit worn and the WiFi is not all that strong.

This is a very nice Courtyard at first glance. Excellent location along the lake and within walking distance to the main attractions. However, the elevators were incredibly slow and rooms incredibly dated, especially the restroom. Would be an easy 5 stars based on staff and location, but the poor rooms drive the score down.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Well appointed and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and we appreciate the amenities: market place, bar/restaurant, indoor pool, gym and business center.

A comfortable suite to spend the weekend in. Central to most everything.

The Marriott was great! They helped us raise money for the local Flynn theater by hosting the Over the Edge fundraiser

I lived in burlington for roughly 10 years and now (10 years later,) only stay there for 3 nights a year. This is my favorite hotel in downtown. Also, do yourself a favor if you stay here and go see Frank at the bar.

Was put in room 320 kept Awakening with noise from hall discovered noise to be from ice machine in hall directly behind room making and dropping ice every 20 minutes Went to front desk was told that could not be changed to a different room because there house man was going home in ten minutes It's apparent this hotel dose not care about there guests my advise book somewhere else

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff was incredible and it was one of the best hotel stays that I ve ever had. The only downfall is no free continental breakfast but I guess that can be expected with this type of area and hotel. The food was great, I used the gym, pool, and hot tub as well. Not a single thing I can complain about. Would definitely stay here again. It s proximity to everything is great as well. You re less than half a mile from most of the local shops and cuisine.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We had a great view of Lake Champlain.

This was a great place to stay...there were a few off things, we found pills in the room we were staying in and there was no tea in our room, so we asked for some and never ended up getting any but the view was beautiful and the bed was cozy!

The room was great with a beautiful view of the lake. The location was perfect as I could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. My breakfast was great and the bartender Frank was friendly and able to recommend some local beers. What more could you ask for

Had a great 2 night stay with a room with lake view. The room was one of the most comfortable ever. And as you walked in the room you had that fantastic view. The staff were wonderful as well. From the check in to all the times I approached the front desk with questions every single staff member was warm and helpful.

Bleu restaurant. Fish over cooked. Lobster tough....Waite staff was excellent. Surroundings elegant.

Good location, but housekeeping didn't do the best. Found a cracker on the floor, and the sheets weren't the right size for the bed. Seems like they need to attend to the details better.

funny this is only cateogorised as a 3 star hotel. if you upgrade to a view on the lake, it is a 5 star to me! very friendly staff and parking was a little fun (small area under hotel to park lets say...50 cars) conveinient to everything!

Clean room, very quiet. Beautiful view from room. Pool was clean and didn't leave you feeling like you soaked in chlorine. Staff were friendly.

No platinum upgrades are benefits. I checked out a day early but got pushback on late check-out since they were "fully booked". Would be nice to include breakfast for platinum members.

Nice building and great area. Would of went with a five star but we must of got the room that is used to replace stuff for other rooms. Missing microwave, chair and missing hangers in the closet. Couldn't hang anything up.

Clean hotel right near downtown. Walk towards the water for some breweries and dining options. Go up the hill a bit and the playground and park are right there. Go up behind the hotel for more restaurants, coffee locations and general shopping experiences. Lots of options with just a few blocks in all directions.

Gorgeous hotel situated in between (physically, in price, and accomodations) hotel vermont and the Hilton. Great bar overlooking the lake

Great location. Pricey without a corporate discount. Free bikes were super nice and loved biking around the downtown and up and down the coast.

Company rate was not accepted and the AC did not work.

Very unhappy with the cleanliness of my room. Paid extra for a whirlpool tub room and everything was so dirty we wouldn't use it, also decided the pool, bar and restaurant were not worth the risk based on the room. Worst Marriott experience ever. Bonvoy? I complained and wasn't given the consideration I expected as a member. Very dissatisfied and will definately choose another hotel next time I'm in Burlington on business.

Very nice hotel great location, comfortable room. The only thing needs addressing the mold in the shower, it looks like they are not cleaning them very well. I let the front desk know, she was not to concerned and would let housekeeping know.

We've stayed here numerous times.
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
Staff are friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy a local newspaper since the hotel is not providing, and were directed to store that was closed.
The Covid-19 business impacts have made the stay less enjoyable.
No morning paper.
No coffee in the lobby.
The outdoor courtyard is being used as a restaurant in the evening so guests can't just go and sit there.

I have been accommodated for all of my dietary needs and the rooms are clean and confortable

Hotel is gorgeous. Modern rooms, large modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and immaculately clean! Worth the money. Walking distance to downtown and Foam brewing too!
