I called and set an appointment for service on a recall. I spoke with Samantha Gregory and she was great! She set up my appointment around my schedule and everything went smoothly. Montana greeted me for my appointment and was very friendly. The techs were quick and efficient and quoted me on other services while there. Great service all around here!

Horrible experience. I have bought my last purchase from Courtesy. Never again will I do business with Courtesy. I was shopping around for a Tahoe. Nobody in town had one. Out of the blue I get a call from Courtesy Chevrolet that one became available but I had to get there today. I told them I was on my way but 70 miles away. Sales guy said no problem that if I was there by 5pm it was mine. I told him I would buy it sight unseen and knocked out the credit app. I made the 70 mile drive in traffic and arrived at 4:45pm. I checked out the Tahoe for about 10 minutes and a kid came out to take it to detail and said it was sold. I thought he was referring to me and they were detailing it before I got there. The sales guy I spoke with never came out. Eventually a manager came out apologizing that they just sold it. No empathy at all as I started questioning him about it and the things they had promised me to get me on the lot that day. I told the manager I had submitted my credit app and said I would buy it. There again was no empathy but a half hearted apology and shrugging shoulders. He said "My General Manager wasn't holding it for anybody and he wanted it sold as soon as possible". This again after the salesperson said he had approval from this same joke clown GM that they were holding it. Long story short. Courtesy Chevrolet jerked me around. I then walk across the street and an hour later I was rolling off the the COULTER GMC lot in a brand new Yukon. Here are pictures of that beauty in the showroom and again in my driveway. Good riddance Courtesy Chevrolet. You suck.

I had taken my vehicle in because it was leaking and overheating. The customer service was impeccable. I unfortunately had to take it back for the same issue but because they are so amazing the guarantee their work and fixed it again for nothing out of pocket. They were very accommodating and this is the best experience I ve had with any dealership/service department ever! Dallas is the coolest and the diner has the best people working there. Thanks guys!!!

I brought my 2019 Tahoe in for an oil change and quotes on a couple of different repair items but after the vehicle had been there for 10 days, I was still unable to receive quotes for work. I guess the dealership didn t want my money or perhaps Julian the employee was the issue since he didn t seem to care and was very unenthusiastic about helping me as in it seemed to be a bother to him. As a business owner I know I would be upset if my employees were turning away business. I would recommend somewhere better managed.
