An item shipped from Lagos to enugu has grown wrings and disappeared. Customer service switches their phone and ignore your calls. All your clients you have worked hard to acquire will take you for a scam. Choose courier plus to ruin your business.

I m really impressed with courierplus services limited. I had to send something to my sister urgently and i just walked into one of the express shops to send it and it got to her fast.

Not impressed by their service at all. sent a document from ilorin on tuesday and today being friday the document is not in their lokoja office yet not to talk of delivering it to the appropriate address. Courier service is not done this way. The one star I picked is because the review will not go through without it, they do not deserve any start at all

Today makes it 9 days the letter was pick from Ilorin, still no accurate response on the where about of the document, i have heard different version of information on the where about of the document and all seems to be a make up story, currently, Lagos and Lokoja office are no longer picking my calls. I have used courier services in time past but i have never used any as bad as this, our Nipost will do better if given the opportunity. will be back to tell you how long it took the snail called Courier plus to deliver the document in question.

Very poor customer service. Very poor logistics. You contract your out of town deliveries to unprofessional courier companies with little or no idea of customer service. After paying so much. Too bad. Would definitely not recommend.

At the beginning they were good though I guess it was because my customers were mainly in Lagos. Then I had a terrible experience with them where their courier tried playing a fast one on me. Anyway I decided to give them another try last two weeks. My items got delivered and till now more than 10 days after, I have not being paid. I have called and called and all I get from their representative is payment will me made before the close of work ever time I call. Courier Plus, please pay my money. You've taken your charges so why owe me? The next action will be to visit your office and cause a scene.
