This resort is great for beach lovers. Great view and little to no peddling. My wife and I enjoyed the food as well but found that the wait staff was rather stiff and lacked energy. For you connected people the wifi connection is great but lacks the internet bandwidth available during peak hours. Despite these deficiencies we plan on returning in the future.

What's not to love about this place! Best of everything!!! Beach....Food....People...Variety of activities are all BEST!!!!!!

Beautiful resort & beautiful people! We just got back from our honeymoon and are already talking about returning. Upon arriving, they greeted us with champagne. They took our bags to our room and we came back from dinner to turndown service. Our room was a bit underwhelming, but you're not there for the room! The restaurants were great and the service was phenomenal. We did the glass bottom boat tour with Julian & Sean, who were very entertaining and informative. We had a great couples massage at the spa. My husband had a minor medical emergency and Anthony, the scuba instructor, was incredibly helpful and kind, as were the other staff & nurse who responded. We were greeted by almost every staff person we encountered, so friendly! The entertainment/activites offered were great, and it was so nice to do nothing all day on the beach, too. Thank you CSW, we'll be back!

About as good as it gets and if your a tennis player...HEAVEN! I could not have asked for a better vacation and will 100% be going back. I had the pleasure of staying in a ocean front ground floor room. Simply amazing. I can go on and on about how much I loved this place and the food, fagetaboutit!

Good food, pleasant staff, but it never felt as though you welcomed to your temporary home. Not onlywere beach vendors trying to sell you boat rides, massages, crafts and marijuana, some staff were doing the same, it is great place for those who toked drank or wanted nothing but to bake in the sun.

If you don't have fun you only have yourself to blame. Trip of a lifetime! We were celebrating our 25th and were there June 19-26. Everything included from top notch food, transport free,awesome service in restaurants, best BEACH, watersports included, spa, sports complex, entertainment and friendly staff who only want to make you happy. The list goes on and on... We had sun every single day....paradise Make sure you go to Feathers atleast once. Left part of my heart in Jamaica- ya mon. Best all inclusive by far in Jamaica. Did I mention the color of that water?!?

Beaches are beautiful. Rooms are in need of a serious remodel. Dirty curtains, old dirty refrigerator with food left from prior guest, no cover on bathroom light fixture, safe filthy dirty. Room service is for breakfast only. If all you desire is a beautiful beach, this resort will work.

This is awesome! I have never been treated so well. This place is called home lovingly by the repeat guest amd I see why. It will cost you a good amount but it is well worth it. It is a 1.5 hour drive from the airport but if you ask the driver to stop for a pit stop they will. The food has been far above par amd ssssooooo fresh. I will be back here!

We had a great time and would love to go back. Beautiful, clean, & well maintained resort. If you scuba dive, their dive operation is excellent as they do beginner & advanced dives every day. We were with a wedding party that many couples are repeat customers to CSA.

Wonderful place to visit. Service was amazing. Vendors get annoying at times, but a simple "no thank you" and they stop. Security on the beach was a nice comfort. Cannot thank everyone who made our trip very enjoyable. Denise, Shaquille, Trish, Kevon, Dawayne, Anthony, Abagaile made us feel right at home, and always put a smile on our face! We will definitely be returning here someday!

It was a great vacation. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that for the price we paid, we were expecting a bit more in terms of accomodations, food, etc.

Lovely ambiance, the food was fantastic and the grounds; lush vegetation...absolutely amazing. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Couples Swept Away is easily the best place I have vacationed ever! I have met people there, many whom i consider my friends and love. The beaches are the best. I felt safe snorkling, and swimming. I even swam in a cave because I felt safe. It cost a little more, but the food, the staff, and the tennis program there are worth it!!!!

Extremely relaxing resort. Small 4 unit buildings scattered in between palm trees on the beach. We had an atrium suite and still had a small view of the beach. Beautiful relaxing hammock and felt private. Our friends booked the garden verandah suite and that was also very nice, I would also have been happy with that more affordable room. The resort was 90% booked but never felt busy or full. The food was excellent. I love couples resorts because of all the inclusions. We did night snorkeling (trip highlight you must do it even though we were nervous) scuba diving(fun staff), catamaran cruise (also amazing they take you by ricks cafe and let you swim in caves) kayaking, sports complex (beautiful) , the list goes on there is do much to do. But it is also a beautiful beach to just relax on and do nothing. Beach vendors never bothered me. The staff are very nice, funny and a relaxed people. It's important to remember that their culture is extremely relaxed, they are definitely willing to help you with anything you ask for, but are not chasing you around to attend to your every need. I enjoyed the taxi ride to the resort, an hour and a half but beautiful tour in my opinion. You also have the option of booking a 15 minute flight from montego bay to the resort. There is a red cap service that takes your luggage to the taxi and the taxi driver both expect a tip. We stayed at Couples Tower Isle 2 years ago. Comparing the 2 - Tower Isle had a more modern feel and more dynamic entertainment team. Swept away has a way better beach and I like the small buildings opposed to a large building in tower isle. I recommend both! Enjoy

When we first arrived to Jamaica, we were warmly greeted by Couples advisors. We were given drinks and a cool place to relax while waiting for our shuttle. Our driver was super funny the whole way there.

When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed with drinks and were able to check in fairly quickly. We enjoyed the food at Patios the best. We enjoyed breakfast there most mornings and had a couple dinners there. Breakfast took quite a long time considering they weren't super busy. The service was just slow, but friendly. Khambrel at the pool bar took great care of us several times. He was always wearing a smile and eager to fix us a drink. We truly enjoyed the swim-up bar and the beach. The only downfall of the beach is the "flag" service was non-existent. Please don't go expecting someone to bring you a drink down by the pool. You have to get up and wait in line at the bar. I like that floats were available for the beach and the pool and there were plenty of towels available at all times during the day. The night we ate at feathers, Stacy-Ann took care of us. She was super bubbly and had a great sense of humor. The food was well-present and delicious. The martini bar was generally busy but had fairly quick service compared to other bars. We truly enjoyed this service. It was a nice change for the evenings. The premium brand liquor they claim to have is generally short lived during the day, but I was able to find it at the Martini Bar at night.

The live entertainment was very relaxing some nights and very upbeat some. I liked the overall vibe of this resort. I just wish there had been more couple type games that were flirty fun. The catamaran cruise was well directed and exciting. It allowed for great scenery and it had great staff.

The beach was super calm and relaxing. It made for beautiful pictures. Plenty of things were nearby to walk to. The resort made me feel safe and welcome. They need to work on speeding up the service and offering all amenities on the website.

The rooms were pretty and spacious. I stayed in the Great House Verandah Suite. It had a great balcony and an awesome view. The beds were not pillowtop but the pillows were soft and comfortable. The sheets were a little rough for such a nice place, but overall the rooms were well-kept with no bugs.

If you have any disability whatsoever, DO NOT go to this all-inclusive! They do not cater to anyone in a wheelchair period! You are on your own! The rooms for the disabled are nonsense! We are half way through our vacation and for the exception of people we have met throughout the world, we would be screwed! Had to move once, disability bar was over 5 ft high in the bathroom. No phone for a couple days, wife had to walk a mile with a cane to get a massage and no assistance! The front office and their executive offices could care less about you! The people in general that work there will help from time to time! IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO GO!

One week stay for our first year anniversary. The entire experience was exceptional from the beach, food, staff and service. Really enjoyed all the included water sports and activities. Will definitely be back.

This is the most amazing place! The staff are all so genuinely friendly and always eager to please. We stayed in one of the oceanfront veranda suites which was literally on the beach. There were double glass doors (actually four doors) that s faced the ocean and the view was simply wonderful. You took two steps down off the veranda/covered porch and you were in the beach. My husband and I will be returning in the very near future.

Just got back from my stay here and I cant say enough great things! The beach was amazing, the food was great, the rooms were clean and the drinks and entertainment kept coming. My favorite part about this resort was the employees- they were the nicest, friendliest, most eager to please people I have ever met. The scuba employees, bartenders, waitresses, water sports, front desk, cleaning crew in the rooms and around the property were all amazing. I also love how environmentally friendly the hotel is and I love the fact that they are setting a good example by taking care of the stray cats in the area, feeding them and getting them spayed/neutered- way to go! Thanks for the amazing stay and keep it up!!!!

The facility is not worth your money.
The hotel needs to be rehabilitated so what you can not as 5 star go through.

Beautiful setting and resort which is very well looked after - they even sweep the beach! A luxurious resort where your every desire is well catered for. The staff are friendly and keen to help you enjoy your stay. Lots of people keep returning like us!

Couples Swept Away is amazing! My husband and I are here on our honeymoon. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with a beautiful beach, this is it! The staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, and there's always something to do. This is not the place to go if you're looking for a week-long beach party. Its much more laid back here. We also felt very safe on the beach. There are definitely people there trying to sell you stuff, but the guards watch very closely Ann's keep them moving along if you aren't interested. The guards also keep track of guests when you leave the property and when you return.
We've enjoyed the piano bar, all of the restaurants, room service, and of course the bars. Fantastic destination!

This resort provided my boyfriend and I an absolutely amazing experience that we will never forget. With their friendly and outgoing staff I felt like I was at home. In response to the comment below me, every room has a safe and if you don't lock it up when you're not in the room then you are being irresponsible for leaving cash around! There are many memorable people that I met at Couples and hope to see again when I return. The resort grounds were beautiful with perfect landscaping that truly swept me away. The employees really care about their jobs and go out of their way to upkeep the rooms, make delicious drinks and food, and get to know each of the tourists. I loved the activities included by Couples. I was nervous to snorkel for the first time but the worker made me feel comfortable and provided a lot of information about ocean life. They have something for everyone with their watersport options whether you want something more extreme or you just want to kayak in the ocean. All of their restaurants had impeccable food (and there's a lot to choose from). You have to try their Martini Bar, Patois, Lemongrass, and Feathers if you go here! My rating is five stars but if I could give them 10, I would!!

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon last week and it checked all of the boxes-we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff are friendly, bartenders are great and beaches couldnt have been more beautiful. The included activities are what sold us initially and they lived up to the hype. If you are in your mid/late twenties and are past the stage of 'going out' and staying up late this is the perfect spot. Delicious drinks on the beach all day, and asleep by 11pm for an early rise at 7 then I couldnt recommend a more relaxing spot. ENJOY MON!

We enjoy long walks on the beach on very fine, light sand. The turquoise blue sea makes you forget the gray November in Central Europe.
The hotel doesn't leave much to complain about and the friendly and cordial staff read your wishes from your eyes

Densville is the man. He does activities. Bracelet making, tie dye shirts, etc. Hang out with him.

Go to the martini bar. Marvelous Marvin, Shaq, and Vener are great. Not to mention the drinks.

Be sure to get a reservation and eat at Feather. Fantastic food and actually helping the reef by eating

Where do I start? Weve been invited here several times by our frequent visitor friends. We finally went to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Our trip was pushed back from May because of Covid but finally got to go in July. We had SO MUCH FUN!! It was relaxing, GORGEOUS, and everything I dreamed it would be! The beach was so BEAUTIFUL, I couldn't get over how clear the water was! It was nice to float all day without worrying what was swimming underneath you! The property is maintained beautifully and I love, LOVE LOVE the fact they take care of the stray cats so well. Spay and neuter them too. We are living in uncertain times right now and not 1 second on our trip did I feel unsafe. It was AWESOME to do this trip after all that's been going on. We werent able to do a few of the excursions we wanted, the dolphins were closed everything we asked, or they were too far from the resort for the Covid restrictions, we also didnt get to go deep sea fishing because no boats were available. Will book ahead of time next time! Julian was AWESOME on our snorkeling trip! The whole staff was SO friendly and SO eager to please! I've never been anywhere like that! We felt so welcomed everywhere. The food was out of this world, I'm allergic to shellfish and my husband loves all seafood and we both always had plenty of options for every meal. If you leave hungry it's your own fault! The piano bar was so fun! Ultimate and Tamara were so fun!! Keishane was our favorite bartender! Richard was a blast every time we seen him too! Accommodations were nice, my ONLY complaint was that the bed was really firm. Next time we will probably book a beachfront room too. Take a lot of sunscreen, it's very expensive in the gift shop and theres no place really to get it once you're there besides the gift shop.($26 a can) We cant wait to go back, plan on renewing our vows there too! This is a MUST vacation!!

This by far has been the best place we've ever stayed. Not only for it's grand resort and beauty but they have the BEST STAFF SERVICE!! Food was amazing, the music was absolutely beautiful. There was always something to do. We got engaged at this resort on 3/20/18. Couldn't have thought of a better place to be at then couples swept away
