Sometimes the system is down and you won't know until you have arrived!

Their right hand does not know what their left hand is doing. They never return phone calls. However, if you can figure out how to work with them, they can be helpful

IHSS personnel and representatives are always helpful. However, I never received a payroll check, a stop payment form was submitted and a month later still not received. I called the provider help desk and spoke with a Dylan who was rude and totally abrasive. I called back and was told to check back with the county, but it was the county who told me to call them. What a ridiculous runaround.

Phone calls get no where if u need help just drive down

My Parent needed services. I heard about IHSS and got the most terrible service from the lady we hired.
She was on drugs. She left a crack pipe in my parent house.
Do you at IHSS give drug testing?
I took my business elsewhere and changed the locks on the doors.

The agency is doing great in helping both the Recipients and the Providers in terms of orientations, trainings and resources.

The staff is very attentive and the IHSS staff are friendly and help to find excellent solutions.

There are few visitors. Very friendly staff. Liked more than in El Cajon. Here the level is higher.

IHSS Social workers never respond their phones and never call you back
Never tell you what you need to do
They get pay but they don t help u at all
And the worse thing is that you can not change ur social worker

Nobody answers the phone at payroll. I ve called 3 separate times and it always says try again later.

I've been waiting to get a caregiver for three months and the worker in charge of my case refuses to return any of my calls! Seriously, he NEVER returns my calls!

Hold your pee for upper floors, cause if you attempt to use the first entrance restrooms

the people who answer for your timesheets are extremely helpful. The customer service is outstanding

I am furious took me over two months to get paid and now on my fourth month and no taxes are being taken out!!! Even though I mailed in the W4 form in the specified envelope TWO times. When I call they have no answers just will mail another form. When I asked to talk to someone about this that person says they have nothing to do with this. Hope their ready to pay the taxes I owe!!!!

Pretty awful. A recipient could just die while waiting on HOLD to talk to anyone.

Worst services they never answer or no one haves the time to help you with questions you mights have RUDE!!!
