Costa d'Este Beach Resort Review

Were were there for a Christening dinner. We were in a room with about 34 people plus staff. The staff assigned to us was excellent. Their attention to detail in the present COVID-19 situation was above and beyond. The food was excellent and the cocktails were consistent. All you had to do was ask and you had what you needed. The cake was supplied by Dessert's by Dominique. The cake was beautiful, elegant, simple with big taste. 3 different layers for 3 different flavors. I highly recommend the package that purchased for this event.

By far the nicest place we've ever stayed. We are in town for a wedding and made this a romantic getaway. Beautiful hotel. When you get an oceanfront room you are literally ON THE OCEAN. slept with the door cracked and listened to the waves all night. Great room service food. They serve you a glass of champagne when you check in!
Not to mention the weather is still 70ish degrees here in JANUARY! can't wait to come back! Def a hidden gem. Not a big tourist area at all.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The room was comfortable and quiet with convenient access to both the pool and the beach. Everything around the resort seemed very clean and well maintained. The staff is beyond kind and courteous, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and the pool/beach attendants are very knowledgeable about sea life and are happy to share that knowledge. We had a great stay and hope to return!

Stopped in to grab a quick drink at their poolside bar but it was way too winding the day I visited. Sat at the inside bar and enjoyed a couple of beers and awesome service from Patti behind the bar . Had just eaten but will definitely return to try their food as everything I saw being served looked delicious.

The food was amazing! We all ordered something differently to be able to try each other's. The Cuban skirt steak was incredible!

The really only thing BAD about this resort is that they are using Covid as the reason why there is NO room service ! At $1100.00/ night they should be cleaning ,changing the sheets/towels everyday. You should not have to wait 4 days to get housekeeping. Everything else is packed in the hotel , the pool ,restaurant , bars & you can order food to the room etc. I would have went to the Holiday Inn down the beach if I wanted that kind of service . Other then that it was great , however they should have that on their website stating there is no room service & I would have gone elsewhere !

We had the pleasure of providing our services for a lovely couple this weekend at Costa d Este. What a beautiful resort! The property is well maintained and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It is the perfect location for an intimate event. We can t say enough about the special event and food and beverage team, they were very accommodating.

I stayed only a night for a business meeting, however definitely planning to go for longer stay. Nice, clean rooms. I must say wonderful staff. Great service.

Great room, clean and well appointed. The staff at this hotel was top notch. I left my credit card at the hotel bar and they made sure to get it back to me. The valet would make sure we had a bottle of water when we left. I took off one star because the beach attendants we're great. I asked multiple times for a towel just to see someone else get a towel first. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spa was relaxing and delightful. The hotel staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, perfectly located on Ocean Dr and a great place to stay. I am already looking forward to coming back.
