Terrible management. Owners sons are inexperienced and have no clue how to run a business. Machines are ancient and unsafely rigged to barley work. They need to put a little more effort into creating a safe and productive environment so employees can do their job correctly. One day someone is really going to get hurt because of their lackadaisical attitude.
