The service was great nice atmosphere and food came out fast. I would recommend the salmon it was amazing!

love this place!!!! The food here is always excellent and the pizza is awesome. The atmosphere is great it s up to date and top notch. You have the option to sit in or take your food outside and eat and enjoy the sunshine. Staff is always courteous friendly polite and attentive. I ve come here with just me and my husband and with a group of 12 and the service,food, and staff was the same for each visit.

This is quite a beautiful and classy Italian restaurant located in Middletown. The decor is perfect with the cozy seating and just the right amount of lighting. They also have outdoor seating when it's warm out so definitely take advantage of that. Whether you want to go for a date night, boys/girls night out or a birthday party, this is the place for you. The food is slightly pricy but very delicious and the portions are massive enough to fill one up twice. They also have a collection of amazing pizzas and desserts so give them a try. Lastly, just be a little careful trying to turn into the parking lot from the road as it is quite easy to miss the opening. But if you're in Middletown, this is a place you must try!

You won't find a better place in Orange County. Tony and Sal behind the bar on Friday nite are top notch (equal to Vegas). Erin and Jenn on Saturdays, perfect. The wait staff courteous, professional and certainly engaging. And, the food, awesome! Enjoy yourself. I do. You won't ever be disappointed. Found this pizzeria on my way back home from hiking in Minnewaska and it was definitely a great choice! Amazing pizza and great service.

Food is the best I have tasted in Orange County. Service is professional and courteous. What I love about this restaurant is the location, right off the highway, the ambiance its homey and cozy and family size meals. Prices are reasonable...our bill was about $150 with tax and gratuity included...it was a party of 4..and we had 2 rounds of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

Spicey chicken pasta was excellent. The gnocchi was average as it was too al dente.

My friends and I go out once a month. We love this place and Lisa is the best waitress.

Took a business group of 25 here for dinner, handled professional from booking thru dinner to dessert. Service and quality was spot-on, staff was accommodating and professional, can't say thank you enough!

Good food. We went for lunch with a baby who they were ok with. Nice chair for him and the staff were friendly. He made new friends & we appreciated that. Food was great, large portions & we will definitely go again.

Usually much better service. Waitress wasn't listening to us and made several mistakes. Busboy didn't have his mask over his nose. The food that we did get was good.

Lots of good pizza options but my favorite is the rare prosciutto with fig jam, blue cheese and sweet balsamic vinegar. The interior was surprisingly upscale and rustic for a primarily pizza restaurant.

Let me just start with the night of my birthday 2/6/19. I had made reservations for dinner at 7pm for 9 guests. They accommodated everything & followed up to see if I neede anything. Well the weather was due to start freezing rain at 7pm. So to be cautious I called to see if I could push the reservations up to maybe 5pm.The Host Veronica said no problem and told me to drive safely. Well all my family was unable to come due to this weather & my Mom still being at work (she was driving them all down for the dinner). However my Son & my best friend still went to the dinner. Danielle was our waitress who is ALWAYS so humbling & attentive as well as inviting. Needless to say I came in very dissapointed & sad to say the least because this Dinner was to celebrate my 30th Birthday! U had gone all the way to poughkeepsie to pick up my coldstone cake I had made.However the staff at cosimos was amazing a woman dressed comfy casual would come over & refill our drinks with out having to be asked she was just so great constantly making sure we had all we needed. My birthday was slightly ruined. However not because of cosimos. So my Mom did end up coming but at the end of dinner we took a few pictures had some cake that Danielle brought to the kitchen to cut for us. Then we all headed home. However I still wanted to taste my absolute favorite Chicken Alfredo.. & the cheesy garlic bread. So I came back the next day 2.7.19 by myself to just order it as take out. Then I seen the comfy sweater woman again & I just had to stop her to ask her, name & to thank her for last night. Her name is Kaitlyn!!! She sat down next to me & listened to me I mean truly heard how hurt I was after how my 30th birthday turned out. It was in that moment she was determined to recreate that ruined moment for me... she had me sit down to enjoy my meal she placed all my food onto a plate got me silverware disgaurded all the take out stuff. Offered me a drink of my choice (I don't drink really) so I had a dr.pepper which she remembered from last night. there was a live band playing. So I got to enjoy that. Now she was talking with another customer & was still observing enough to notice I needed a refill. & brought it over. Not to mention even while speaking to him what ever he was going through he must of needed a big hug & she did just that. She's just a beautiful soul. So I had my meal then I let her know I was going to take the rest home. So Kaitlyn went to go get me a container. So while she was gone the live band started to say they were celebrating a birthday tonight & anybody who has a birthday. So me thinking to myself oh that's nice I pull out my camera to start to record the live band singing happy birthday. Then this beautiful soul of a woman in her comfy sweater comes over with a piece of cake & a candle with her staff & the live band & at this point the entire restaurant singing happy birthday to me as a surprise. I immediately was brought to tears!! and laughed because I said to her I started to record him singing happy birthday not realizing it was intended for me! Kaitlyn is just amazing words can not express how grateful I am for her. Because she truly made this a special birthday for me! I will forever celebrate any & everything here! So I want anyone looking to just enjoy great food & great people. Down to the bar tender. He came out from behind the bar to greet & talk with his customers. & acknowledges everyone. It's almost like you're apart of their family. & the food is to die for service is beyond any expectation. I don't know Kaitlyn's title Im assuming the manager however none of that matters for her because she's right there in the thick of the day helping & supporting everyone not just the people who work there but especially her customers. So here is a pic of Kaitlyn & I hugging after she surprised me with the cake & live band serenading.. I love her so much & I only met her 2 days ago. Please when you go telk her after reading this yoy just had to see it to believe it yourself.

Great food, great service, well run restaurant. The waiters and waitresses are all very friendly, abiding the mask policy, and the prices are pretty good for the quality and amount of food you get. Highly recommend if you like good Italian food.

It was alright. I went around 4pm; that awkward time when lunch has rolled out but dinner hasn't quite rolled in: maybe that's why.

Arancini was good. Drink and Entrees were okay. Service was pleasant.

We have been going to Cosimos Middletown since it s opening. I had my daughters sweet 16 there, (she is now 38) and I ve been hooked ever since. We ve never had a bad meal, have come to know the servers and bartenders (many who have stayed for long periods of time) who are some of the friendliest around town. During this pandemic, like all of our local restaurants, they have had to revamp, adding a streamlined take-out service that we now take advantage of frequently. Keep doing your thing, Tony! We can t wait until you re back 100%!

This place is always amazing. I love the cosmos restaurants. The restaurants are gorgeous, the food is fantastic, and the service is always good. it is a restaurant that I can go to frequently without ever getting tired of it. A must-try for people visiting the area!

Newly renovated, new menu with old favorites, friendly service. This is a great place for a casual lunch, or dinner. The have event catering capacity with a separate room.

Do not sit in the past booth by the windows! My feet are frozen! Huge draft coming in from the back door. I couldn't wait to leave! Kitchen was super slow getting the food out. One meal was burnt, and we finished our coffee way before our dessert arrived, and the side of crispy (but not) polenta came out 3/4 of the way.through our meal. Not the best experience.

Great Italian food enjoyed it very much.... You can order anything and it will be a culinary delight.... We consumed or food outside on a beautiful day and the service was amazing..... I would recommend to anyone in the area and out of the area with the trip and the wait if you find one.... I was lucky enough not to have a wait

Our waiter Jacob was amazing and the food was excellent. It was a little uncomfortable in the beginning because it was chilly in our section and we wanted to change seats. We told one of the hostesses, but she had a foul attitude and offered no help at all. Besides that, everything was great. I would return

Everything on this menu is delicious. My personal go to is the fried calamari and chicken francaise. They always have a unique list of specials, so you'll find something you love even if by some miracle you don't like anything on the regular menu. The smell alone when you enter this place will make you salivate. You can see the pizza oven when you come in the door, but you smell it way before that. This place takes a close second on reasons why I miss home, only taking second to not seeing my family. I can't recommend this place enough. The only thing they could do to make me happier is open up another one in Binghamton.

The quality of the food was unremarkable. The bill was high. The only reason I'd go back is for a pizza. The staff was nice though.

It's my favorite place to go if you're arriving back from the Middletown train station. The renovation has made it a very visually appealing restaurant.

I live in Connecticut, and went completely by reviews posted. I was not disappointed. Everyone was raving, afterwards, how amazing the place was. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Oh, and great price. I hate to say it, but I would have paid more.
We celebrated my mother s 70th, with amazing family and friends, in this amazing restaurant.
