We came here for dinner and it was absolutely perfect. First of all we got seated outside with the ocean view and caught the sunset. Our server, Kristina was very attentive. The food was great. Lobster dog is a must to try. Seafood chowder was delicious. We also had special that night, red snapper with lobster tale and it was also great. It is a place to come back to!

We parked behind the restaurant, there was an attendant who had a place saved for customers. It was too windy outside but we had a great view of the sunset from our table inside. The food was good, we had grouper and salmon which were prepared very well. The Key Lime pie was kind of bland. Service was excellent.

Great staff and delicious food! We came in with a large group and they were so amazing. It did take quite a while for our food, but with a large group it was to be expected. They were nice enough to bring out the kids dinners sooner so they wouldn't be so hungry.

Amazing entrees, outdoor privacy, socially distant. This restaurant rocks! Walk to it from anywhere on AMI. Overview of the beach at sunset... Romantic on a third floor venue overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Dinner was 5 star excellent!

We've eaten hear several times. Once when it was known as the Sunhouse. Everytime we visit Anna Maria we plan on eating here because the food is delicious. The spinach artichoke dip is incredible and the Margaritas are Devine. We were adequately attended to and enjoyed our grassy key grouper and the scallops de jour was AMAZING!

Bridge Street Bistro is a wonderful restaurant serving delicious food at affordable prices. We both ordered the Grouper and were very pleased. I also got the Grassy Key sauce which was amazing. The sunset view is fantastic. We were seated at a table for two at the window. Our server James took great care of us. He was personable, attentive and very helpful.

As a wedding one stop shop we for years have highly recommended Bridge Street Bistro and have brought our clients there for numerous events. Always dependable and consistently a great experience.

I just had my own wedding there 2/20/2020. I knew chef Jacob was good! But he delivered an over the top experience at every level. He helped us to customize and enhance the menu well beyond the normal menu. Everything was amazingly done!
Jennifer, Sheri and the entire crew were stellar from booking through to execution! Just superb all around!

Many great dining options on Anna Maria, and this is in our top three. Absolutely lovely ambiance, terrific seafood, nice cocktails and our old friend Kristof. Great service. And on a lovely nite you can watch the sunset while dining on the balcony. We love their starters, ahi tuna, oysters, lovely soups and salads. Several great prep styles to go with your fish of choice. Miss some of their retired options, especially seafood aurora

I was very disappointed in the food and the service. The lettuce on my boyfriend's plate was brown, the coconut shrimp was doughy with tiny shrimp inside. The planked salmon I received was SPOILED--you could smell it coming! It stunk up the whole restaurant. The waiter did not return to check on us, so I had to get the hostess. Nobody offered us coffee or a dessert menu, so I had to order at the bar. It took a very long time for the key lime pie (which had no lime taste) to arrive. The only thing good about the visit was the view.

Great food, friendly staff and amazing 3rd floor balcony view of the sunset overlooking the beach. The prices are a bit high, however for you usually have to spend a little more for high quality.

I was with a friend last Saturday night with intentions of watching a particular game. We called ahead of time and BSB told us no problem we will get your game on a t.v. We sat at the bar and asked several employees what t.v our game was on, finally a young lady helped us out. However, we had many encounters from a very rude male bartender, a tall man with his hair pulled up in a bun.
Not only did he not ask us if we needed anything but if we did we only received rude comments back about how busy he was and that he had other customers to tend to....unreal!! The t.v.'s and atmosphere was great but we have never encountered such rudeness!!

So...the view is great to see the sunset. There. I led with a positive. The food....not good AT ALL. Ordered the filet mignon and it tasted luke hamburger. Tried the Asian glazed grouper and it was awful. Then tried the coconut chicken and the fish and chips. Ate about 5 bites and then decided to just give up. Maybe order a cocktail and see the sunset but by all means do NOT and I repeat DO NOT eat here.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Our waitress, Andrea, was professional and answered all our questions regarding the menu and dishes served. We had twin lobsters and mahi-mahi-both plentiful and delicious. Despite a little wind we saw a beautiful sunset from the 3rd floor.

We are on vacation on Anna Maria Island and our plans for Thanksgiving fell through. I messaged Bridge Street Bistro and they found us a table for 4 for the time we were looking for. When we got there we were greeted as though they had known us our whole lives. The establishment was absolutely gorgeous and the Thanksgiving meal fit for a King was delicious. I cannot express how happy and full we were at this place. A special shout out to Jennifer who made all this happen and to our waiter Jeff (I hope that was his name) who was absolutely amazing. Thank you!!!

Poor service and lack of knowledge led to disappointing dinner experience Had reservation for 2 and were seated right away and attended to only about 3-4 tables filled so not overly busy server introduced self but seemed limited in his knowledge He Didn t know available salad dressings -said it comes with vinaigrette , he looked over shoulder at menu but then said chipotle ranch and blue cheese He recommended Catch of day-Striped bass and suggested two ways of preparation-grassy key style or Oscar both of which were upcharges. I asked what came with he said risotto or mashed potatoes, I asked about vegetable and he said yes they were included-I then asked what vegetable it was and he said green beans and carrots. Had warm yeast rolls while Waiting for food, husband had greens salad with chipotle ranch dressing which was very good Chicken Marsala good but not very hot. Bass served over risotto with asparagus below and spinach topper. No side vegetable served and waited for him to come back -had to ask for water refill and vegetable-he then says -well they just put it on asparagus with spinach with grassy key preparation but agreed to bring vegetable but brought broccoli/cauliflower combination we Then waited and requested desert and water again as glasses not kept filled ordered key lime pie took 20 minutes to get pie filled in jar with beautiful presentation but by then we were frustrated and impatient and asked for it to go, asked for manager and the check They did comp the pie but overall very disappointed with dinner

Went to the Bistro on Monday evening. We were warmly greeted and showed to a perfect table with an amazing view. Our server Tristan was extremely personable and knowledgeable of all aspects of the menu. His suggestion of the lobster dogs appetizer was spot on. Both meals were beautifully presented and the taste was amazing. We will be regulars every time we are in town.

We've visited BSB twice over the last year. The food is really good. The service has gotten off to a rough start both times, but recovered. I believe the issue with that is the staff gets stressed as the number of tables increase. There was only one server and a manager for the entire restaurant. So just be patient, and you'll be rewarded with a great meal.

Dinner was good. Problem with menu what we told for a side was not what my wife received. She was told mixed vegetables but got asparagus which she doesn't like. When she complained she was was told asparagus was more expensive and higher quality. My service was terrible had to ask multiple times for more water. They were not busy six tables with 3 waiters . Our waiter only had my wife and I plus another table of 4 but was not at attentive. We were considering taking the inlaws their when they come to visit in two weeks but not now. Brother in law's family owned a restaurant he would be more vocal than I was.
So, if you want good table service and an attentive server do not eat here.

The service is very good the atmosphere is very pleasant. However the food is very bland and has little to no flavor. I had the grouper sandwich it looked good but had no flavor and the oysters bineville was horrible it was not homemade and had only pieces of oyster in them. I was very disappointed. The food must be frozen and not fresh and the prices were ridiculous for the quality of food. My husband and I hardly ever get to go out for dinner and it sucked that we wasted our money on this place. I will never go back again.

I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding reception so very special. I know every bride has wonderful things to say about her vendors, but Bridge Street Bistro is more than just a beautiful setting with fantastic food (even though that would ve been enough). From the very beginning, Jennifer was available, courteous, and flexible. Our wedding was initially planned for March 23rd, the start of COVID. We were determined to make it and waited til last minute to postpone. She was so kind throughout the process and I ll never forget her saying Even it your guests can t make it, we will make sure the two of you have a very special dinner. That meant so much to me as I was a nervous wreck! It was clear she meant every word.
Just a few highlights:
As we were planning, we asked for a plate of oysters to ourselves in case they all ran out while we were taking pictures. I had sort of forgotten about this. When my tired bride self walked into the reception, the first thing I saw was the BEAUTIFUL cheese/fruit plate on our table, with a pile of ahi tuna (and a gorgeous three color sauce, very well plated). Shrimp, oysters, and mussels were then brought to us. They went far above and beyond with this beautiful display and it was delicious. Honestly the tuna was the best I ve ever had.
Chef Ryan, Anthony, and Sydney, were around all night. They not only provided excellent service but were AWESOME to talk to. They helped keep the environment upbeat and fun. It is clear the staff takes pride in their work and that makes all the difference. Even the kitchen staff said hello and were clearly excited to be part of the fun.
Everyone raved about the food. It ain t your typical chicken and potatoes wedding food, that s for sure. The entrees looked amazing!! I was so full from my seafood and cheese that I couldn t eat another bite, but they boxed up my entree for me and even the leftover cheese! Many of the places I looked at had strict no leftover policies, and knowing that I could take my wedding food home to try it made the night even better.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making our day so special. Everyone knows the reception is the best part and it absolutely was. I hope I didn t mess up any names or forget anyone. Y all are the best!!!

Lovely ambiance belies its location above a casual bar, but provides the perfect spot for sunsets. And the fish is as spectacular as the view. Pecan and maple syrup on the mahi was mouth watering. Hubs had the burger....he said it tied for best burger ever! I think it was the ground short rib that made the difference. Oh I forgot the oysters: nice size and fresh and cold, with the cocktail and horseradish and chimichurri sauces. Terrific service from Jay as well.

After sitting for 45 minutes, we were never greeted by a server. The staff didn't seem like they cared to serve my husband & I. So we left. It was a very disheartening experience.

Saddest part is my family frequents Bridgewalk Resort often (next door). It would have been convenient to like this place as much as I wanted to. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Great place with great beach views. They were very accommodating of our large group. Even after we had the original number wrong they were able to quickly implement a plan and get us seated. Food and wine options were great. Did I mention it had great views!

My stepmother, father, and I had a wonderful meal ...

My stepmother, father, and I had a wonderful meal here on a beautiful Wednesday night at sunset. The room was steady but not packed with people, so we didn't feel rushed or crowded in by other diners. Likewise, the ambiance was lovely with dimmed lighting and soft jazz classics playing to a reasonable volume so we could still hear each other perfectly.

As other reviewers stated, this is not a just-off-the-beach place. The dress code is a bit fancier than most places on the island but I still saw people in shorts and clean t-shirts too. I would just not suggest flip flops and beach coverups for this lovely dining room. Yes, the prices are upscale but it was worth every penny for the delicious food.

We were seated by Kit, the host, who was friendly all evening and stopped by our table to check on us often. He also made wonderful suggestions for other restaurants to try while I was visiting my parents. Jennifer, the manager, stopped by our table to introduce herself and make sure we were well taken care of by our waiter Steve, who was friendly and fast with our service. He made a great wine suggestion to us and was sure to offer assistance at every question.

We ordered coconut shrimp (4 pieces) appetizers which were delightful and thankfully not overly sweet as some places make them. We then moved to the catch of the day in the Grassy Key style, the grouper with Oscar topping, and my father had a huge taco salad. The fish was out of this world good and the risotto was incredibly creamy, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. This was some of the best fish I have ever tasted and definitely the best fish I have had on the island. We had two desserts (key lime and chocolate pie) which were quite delicious.

Overall, the restaurant and its staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and create an environment of leisurely, excellent dining. Give yourself a splurge and go watch the sunset as you enjoy this excellent cuisine!

Maybe more like 3.5 stars for food but the scene is fun and the food good enough. Good bands with a dance floor, televisions for sporting events. A good mix of families and singles through dinner and a livelier crowd into the evening.

Where do I begin, hmm. There is only one restroom for men and women in the entire restaurant which has "dining" on the first level and "fine dining" on the second. The kitchen is on the second level. The first level seems to be the busiest so the food must come downstairs. The "fine dining" area was empty and the first floor was packed. So the kitchen should have been prepared for orders off the "dining" menu. We ate at the bar, the people next to us ordered Southern Fried Chicken. The interior meat was literally frozen to the touch. They asked me to feel it to get a second opinion before they returned it. Looked like they dropped a frozen chicken into the fryer and it didn't cook. I ordered a broiled seafood platter. I could tell it had been sitting because the butter sauce was lukewarm as was the seafood. My wife heard an argument amongst staff about "who was running this kitchen" and I heard two patrons discussing how the fine dining was "OK" and the first floor food "was terrible" because the food sat upstairs and the slow service meant it was served cold. That being said, it took us 45 minutes to tab out!! Yes tab out. One would think that a bartender would want to get rid of unhappy clientele!! The bartender who served us and took our order passed us over on whether we wanted more drinks, which we didn't, and turned his back on us repeatedly when we tried to get him to tab us out. It got to the point where I had to get the manager and go to the service station just to get tabbed out. Then my wife told me that the other bartender, who didn't even serve us, was the one who asked if there was anything else she needed. I would not recommend it. There is a great little Indian place just north that is much better. Stay away from this tourist trap with lousy, cold food and horrible, at least at the bar, service. The bartender said he was new. New to the restaurant or the service industry?

Our first night on Anna Maria we dined here and the service & food was excellent. The calamari had a yummy Thai chili sauce and we each had the ribeyes, they were perfectly cooked and the sides were too! The craft cocktails were really perfect, And the wine pours were generous. The staff wore masks and I saw them sanitizing regularly. From our table we had a nice view of the Gulf!
