This place is a joke. They don't properly taker care of their machines or employees. They don't follow osha laws. They don't use proper protective gear. They don't care if smoke fills the building and you breath it in. The shift supervisor laughed at my face of a severe reaction I had to fiber glass. I was timed going to the bathroom. They can't keep people for how poorly they conduct all shifts. There favorite excuse is " operator error". Not to mention pay is less then all factories. Human resources is part of the joke. They don't follow up on any of their employees well being. Including work less comp paperwork. I as an employee had to call the insurance company to file nesscarey paperwork to receive the disability from an injury caused by work. Watched other employees get their lifes threaten by another employee. Nothing was done about the matter. Hr don't return any calls or emails. They simply act like you don't exsist. You are a number to them. Nothing more.

Very bad place to work , please do not waste your time like I have, they have 2 stars for a reason. Environment and management is all the way messed up. Save yourself the headache and you will be taken advantage of.

When I first started here at Corvac I thought this was the best place to work at! It s turned into a nightmare. I finally thought I had a opportunity to move up, advance and better myself to have a life I always dreamed of having! Whatever you do don t tick Lori off or you ll pay for it. Lori will lie and you lose what was supposed to be a good opportunity! You get demoted, lose pay pay cut, if you bid for a job you might like after losing something you really liked HR overlooks you or skips your name.

I actually cared about the company and what they stood for originally. I gave everything my best effort, kept improving my weaknesses. I valued my commitment to produce quality parts so I know that I was one who was always striving to give Corvac a good reputation in the business! I wanted to contribute to the company success so I can make money!

I find myself just working here another year, I hope I be able to land a position I like someday that no one can lie about you just because their stress and don t know how to mange their own stresses.

I hope I can find a shipping & receiving position that pays fairly decent, or I find a company that does Plastic Extrusion, or Quality Auditor in Automotive plastics.

Or I hope the door will open up for me to pursue a skill trade!

I have worked at this company for 4 long weeks and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Working here is for the kind of person that does not have the means (education or a clean record) to do better. 90% of the employees have felonies, this includes everything from violent crimes to sexual predators. The maintenance supervisor is extremely dull witted and disrespectful to his employees all of which are over qualified to work here, do to the fact the maintenance and office personnel are the only people that seem to not have a felony, but wait it gets worse, the work environment is less than desirable too. Working here is hot, dangerous machines that don't have proper safety countermeasures, and almost daily fires due to carelessness. Every night when I leave, it reeks of marijuana on the walk to me car because 3rd shift likes to get high before work and catch some machines of fire from not paying attention. Of all the places I've worked this es the worse company I have ever worked.

Went for a interview! Cobwebs everywhere.i left smelling like there burnt plastic for days the smell was in my clothes and my nose! So glad they didnt hire me i wouldn't have lasted place is a joke lol

Absolutely garbage company. As someone inside the company, everything about this place is a joke. Quality is inexistent, and the management is absolutely clueless as to what's going on. Steer far away whether you're looking for a job or if you're looking to be partners with them. There are plenty of other plants that could do these guys' job better.

Got all the way through the entire process even filled out my paperwork only to be told that I didn't have a position because I answered the phone for my sick child when Human Resources knew my situation in the first place do not apply with these people if you're a good worker find somewhere else to work because they say they care and they're Union but I missed out on other job opportunities due to their line of BS

Treat the employees disrespectful!!! Excpect packers/ inspectors to keep production numbers up when the lines people are running slow! Michelle H. 2nd shift shift lead is a joke...rude disrespectful...& constantly on her phone. Very sad second shift leads & supervisors.
