You pay for the parcel to arrive at your home and they do what is sung to them, they mark that they happened and that there was no one, people, we are in a pandemic, obviously I am at home all day, and as always I have to go to the branch and make a huge line to receive the package, the next one I directly pay for it to arrive at the branch, there have been 3 times that I pay with shipping to my home and I still have to go to the branch.
They have only one place to deliver packages. Even when the other posts are on gas. They are not able to put a number, although I told them and that for common attention there is. You have to stand in line and they have a guy who is the same one who attends, searches and delivers the package. There is clearly an effort to provide poor service. They don't want people to go looking for things and they don't know how to make it worse. Even the address is wrong and the entrance seems closed, if you do not know it, you do not know what is open. Hopefully they are cracked to all who are complicit in a lousy service. With one who has good will they could improve this disaster.
