An absolute must visit little park. Their restrooms and visitor center/bookstore are open with social distancing and limited occupancy. We saw Mexican Jays and deer from the visitor center.

Be sure to take the drive to the top for the most beautiful views. It s a short but steep hike to the top, but so worth it. You can see endlessly into Mexico. Unfortunately, you can also see where they have been dynamiting away the land (mountains) to build Trump s border wall. The land there is ruined. We read an NPR article about the devastating effects on the local wildlife, including endangered wild cats.

The road is dirt but absolutely doable in a regular passenger car.

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this place. The options of trails are incredible and everyone is well marked.
Today was peak to peak and the views were amazing. Pictures don't do the feeling of awe justice.
Highly reccomend hiking/picnicking whenever possible!

Beautiful location in the Huachuca mountains. The park is very small. We didn't hike any of the trails for lack of time. There is a short half mile hike to Coronado cave that looked interesting.

We enjoyed visiting and taking in the natural beauty. We saw deer and a grey squirrel. A little cool breeze made it very comfortable for a little hike. The picnic areas are plentiful and we'll maintained. We had to stop by the Visitor's center for a few souvenirs as well.

One of my favorite places. Always have been fascinated with the Coronado expedition (which deserves much more attention than it normally is afforded). The natural beauty of this location is phenomenal and it s sheer isolation ensures that hoards of casual visitors don t spoil the vibe.

Beautiful views and some nice trails. Nice visitors center. Not as spectacular as some of the other national parks and monuments but definitely worth a visit. We came to the park from the west not realizing the road was all dirt, that was a bit of a drawback. Road from the east side is paved until shortly after the visitors center and the road up to Montezuma's pass was a bit challenging but still glad we visited.

What an awesome place! I got to explore Coronado Cave and i was the only one in the cave! Don't recommend that but do explore the cave with someone. Also, go up Montezuma Pass to the overlook. Spectacular views! So glad i came. A true Arizona gem!

Beautiful! Drove the low sitting minivan on the dirt road up to top parking lot, no problem. Views and short hike (just under half mile) to Montezuma's overlook was really stunning. You can see a long black line -- it's the wall between US and Mexico. You'll have beautiful views from the parking lot at the top of the dirt road, so don't worry if you don't feel like doing the .4 mile hike.
