Just received a very aggressive cold call from someone stating they viewed on Experian that a credit inquiry was performed on me in connection with a potential refinancing of a mortgage. The person identified themselves as Bert Malone. After researching his name, I can see that he is affiliated with your agency. This person was very rude and unprofessional in his demand that I view loan products his company offered. Very poor communication and customer skills.
