Great for free but could do with an extra lift or so for those of us with wheelchairs or prams/pushchairs and can't access steps.. having to queue on average of 10 minutes to get a lift was a bit of a damper on am otherwise enjoyable visit.
Absolutely awful experience with this agency. First time looking into renting somewhere and they re so unprofessional and rude. Didn t think to let me know that a property was now unavailable when I had a viewing and I d swapped shifts at work. Absolute disgrace, no idea how they re getting away with this shocking level of service.
Called to view a place. Told "people are interested" but "house still available". Made 400 mile round trip to view. Agent a no show. Called again and told house sold and that, they'd tried to call but "maybe got a wrong digit". Haven't met an agent yet that doesn't take: mobile, email, everything - and then double check when there is the chance of a sale. (Especially with a cash purchase.) Didn't think to check incoming calls/time? I can think of 4-5 ways of finding an email address or phone number with only a first and last name. But that was too much effort? (Edit. Two weeks later, noticed same house still on Zoopla and RightMove. Called again and told the exact same line: "Yeah, people are interested but it's available, do you want to view?")
I have never had a good experience with this estate agents - I have bought a property from them and rented a property from them and both were a no go for me every again - I also wanted to see 3 properties they had to rent - I requested dates 2 weeks ago and chased a few times! the staff are rubbish - all too young and no experience and lack of worth ethic! If I want a house where they have a board up I will request the seller not to use them! utter rubbish - I have property to rent and wouldn't use them for that ether ! Shame I have to give one start as none is too much!
Excellent service from start to Finnish. I was promised a quick sale for the sale price I wanted and was delivered both. Thanks to James and the team for a friendly professional job well done.
Sold my house recently with them. At first, members of staff seemed eager to help and lovely. As soon as we got started however we were spoken to with a short and uninterested tone. We were made to feel like an inconvenience when our first buyers pulled out (which happens all the time). At one point, we received multiple offers and were heavily pressured by the agency to go with a lower offer so they could have a quick sale. After asking for a day to think about it, the owner rang us an hour later to tell us to take the offer. It came across as pushy, not thinking of us, the client, at all. Finally, after the sale they rang several times about the buyer complaining of a sticking door. As an estate agent they should have known that the condition you buy a house in is how it is. They should not have been leaving rude voicemails saying the new owner is unhappy. Completion had happened and we had moved so I'm not sure what they were trying to achieve. In summary, we found our experience with them unpleasant and highly unprofessional, and we were not treated as clients, more annoyances. If you have to deal with them, speak to Ali. By far the nicest and most helpful, who actually called at one point to apologise for the way we'd been spoken to by others. 10/10 would not recommend.
A truly deceptive outfit. They make the property look bigger in the brochure then it actually is. One property they made the drive look like it could hold 6 cars. I travelled 80 miles to view this. When i got there it barely holds one. They did the same with the inside made the rooms look much more spacious then actually is. Rude staff who don't turn up then make out you are wrong.
As a landlord I had the misfortune of leasing my property via this bunch of amaturers. The only tenant they sourced left my property in a poor state, broken stair spindles, over grown garden, paint all over the walls, burglar alarm broken. Their alleged final inspection picked up none of the above... I spent a week at my property putting it right! Take my advice, steer clear.....
The worst real estate office you can deal with without respecting dealing with tenants False promises and dates, what you take from them. Rewinding, rotation and delay, on the basis of validity, are baseless Lift the rent for the independence of the Gulf.
Poor, arranged a viewing and the estate agent didn't show and left us waiting for over half an hour with no reason why. Rang the office next day to ask what happened.....they didn't know what happened and didn't seem bothered either.
Went to view a property at kirkburton Huddersfield. Received a phone call to say they were running 15 mins late. 30 mins later no one still here. So I thought i would ring the office to find out where he was. They said he has been and gone but we was waiting outside the front door in the car and no one came. They didn't even give us a call to say they were there or anything. This was done in my weekend time which was wasted waiting on someone who never even turned up. Not only that... The flat already had an offer so I was hoping to go view it and maybe put my own offer in. I have booked for next weekend again and I will update this review or write a new one in regards to that meeting. I am writing to the manager and also going to call her on Monday morning I will also involve this conversation into this review. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Ruined my weekend.
