Rooms large and clean.
Staff are friendly amd polite.
Excellent pool area with towels on the sunbeds each day.
Brian on concierge desk gave a brilliant service to our question.
Plenty of restaurants at hotel with various menus.

The hotel is nice in general, with a good amount of pools and access to the sea. But it didn't feel any better than the Corinthia Marina which has one less star. I would even prefer to stay in the Marina if I had to choose between both.

Not only that but I had actually a reservation at the Marina, but they Overbrook themselves and then "upgraded" us to the St George. Upgrade was the word, downgrade was what actually happen.

First of all we had to wait 45min to have them solve the situation between both hotel. While the rest of the group could check in in 5 minutes. Second, we had a Deluxe sea view room reservation at the Marina which include free mini bar. At the St George we were not only given a room that had no sea view whatsoever (view to the noisy street), but we had to talk 3 time to the different managers from both hotels to get our free mini bar at the St George as well. And the St George's manager was very very arrogant and rude about it. Not the service I would expect from a renowned hotel.

Resuming I had a reservation for a deluxe sea view room in one hotel, only to have to wait 45 minutes to have a lower quality room in another hotel. With me having 0 fault on the process. This is not how a situation like this should be handle. I will not stay at the St George in the future.

Very good views from the room, all staff are very polite. At the floors 4 and 5 are the exclusive rooms with access to free drinks and small snacks. The hotel has privet rock beach. Multiple restaurants which are very nice. The only disadvantage which there was, the hotel was quite far to walk to the tourist area, so you needed to get a taxi but they are not that expensive.

Great hotel. Needs a slight refurbishment, hallway carpets are puckering and old. Rooms are in good condition with fantastic views of the hotel. My room overlooked the restaurant terrace and the beach on St George's Bay. The breakfast is a large buffet style layout with everything on offer and table service for coffee and tea.
The spa is lovely and decent value for money, I would recommend getting a treatment.

I made a reservation the day before, but there was no reservation due to a systematic error, so I was considerably waited at check-in.
System error is not a problem of the customer ... I was disappointed with the response.
The poolside is quite slippery, so be careful.

Nice hotel but need lots of updating and keeping. Check in given a room not ready after we went up was told it was ready, (didn't block off as there was a leak)but was then upgraded to a suite, which was good, then room service came into the room where we were have naked with a bottle of complimentary wine.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious and the main thing is that there is a selection, do not miss the restaurant near the hotel there are delicious steaks at reasonable prices.

Nice hotel in a good location just up and far enough away from Paceville but near enough to be walkable in ten minutes and a great base. Nice rooms, most with a view of the bay. Great access for Siliema and Valetta with a shuttle bus if you aren't driving. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice and all fresh. Decent choice of nice restaurants within seconds of the hotel.

I would like to first thank the staff Brian, Maria, Robert and Giovani at the St George's Bay Corinthia who helped retrieved my wife's missing phone we lost on a a transfer bus. They went above and beyond by calling the company day and night every hour who had it for over a day. This resort has the best staff and options you could ask for and made our honneymoon something to remember.

I used the lido facilities as a day guest (I didn't stay at the hotel) and thought it was excellent. Malta doesn't have a huge amount of sandy beach space, so being able to come here with both a pool and sea access was great. There's a huge number of sun loungers across different levels, a restaurant and toilets etc. Very relaxing way to spend a day

The hotel was very welcoming, with a Christmas atmosphere. We were served dinner excellently and had the attention of professional waiters throughout the evening. The choice of food was very good and the live piano player was the perfect choice of music!
A great evening.

The hotel is somewhat maintenance free.

The hotel is somewhat maintenance free.
The services provided are good and sufficient.
It is a rabbit with various facilities and services shared by other hotels in the chain.
If you want a beach, there are not, as in all of Malta, they are rocky, but the other has 5 swimming pools and a spa and free access to the sea, with sun loungers to the very edge.
It only has breakfast and dinner, the food can be made in one of the restaurants of the complex, about 10, with different cooking concepts.
The reception is not very pleasant, they do not like the Spanish, I say it with knowledge of cause, you can feel the different treatment depending on your nationality, if you are a Spanish state, you have a problem with them.

If like me you prefer to leave the urban context and find greater certainty of calm, easy parking, and immediately accessible landscapes, the Corinthia is made for you. The rooms are proposed according to a choice that ranges from classic to exceptional. The small collation is spectacular, assisted by a staff willing to inform with grace but less inclined to look after a real table service. In fact, everything proceeds in a buffet fashion. For other meals, both on the spot and in the immediate surroundings, the possibilities of eating are for all tastes and all budgets. And if you don't mind a bit of nightlife, the nearby St Georges is made for you (5 minutes on foot), with youth solutions like street food and discos, up to the most popular casino in Malta .. Interesting, the Corinthia it is very well served by the bus lines and the taxi ride to and from the airport has a special price to shame the taxis of our Italian cities.

You would not pay for this hotel more than 120 EUR per night. Strong bleach smell in room and bathroom, no drinking water except at the minibar at a high price. Access to the sea by two ladders attached to a concrete slab, overlooking the bay disappointing, highly chlorinated and crowded pools, spa, pools and dilapidated bathrooms. Good restaurants, impeccable staff, cleanliness and bedding do not justify such a price. We loved the Corinthia of Budapest, we are very disappointed with this one.

Lack of maintenance

Lack of maintenance

Hotels of this level should check their rooms and equipment better. See the iron full of scale and when I ironed my shirt, all black dirt came out on a white shirt before going to a board meeting.
It is time Corinthia upgrades their iron and iron boards. Small detail can make a whole lot of difference. Also the breakfast is a sad story that could do with some serious upgrades

In the morning, the sunrise and dawn can be seen from the room, and the night view of the hotel is very beautiful! The breakfast service staff is kind. When checking in, the hotel will key the passenger's name in the room card envelope, and the TV screen in the room will show the passenger's name ... quite warm !

Amazing hotel to stay at if visiting Malta, St Georges Bay. Beautiful views of the seafront. Different pool areas and lots of sunbathing places to relax. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet food is also delicious and there's alot of choice for both veg and non veg guests. Breakfast was really good which included freshly baked couisants, pastries, cakes, muffins, freshly cut fruits, breakfast cereals, a range of herbal teas and juices and much more. The rooms are very clean and the overall room service is also great. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The taxi service is really good and there's a local nearby bus stop as well as a hop on hop off bus which is also worth taking if you wish to see the different towns and bay areas. Would definitely recommend to all families or couples visiting Malta.

Really a great hotel. The grounds are stunning, would recommend an ocean view room. The restaurants are extremely exquisite, but of course they come at a price. If you like to lie by the pool, however, it is rather unsuitable for the main season. There are 3 large pools, but only 2 are specially designed for hotel guests. An adult pool with fewer sunbathing areas and a pool for families with children. The third pool is accessible to the sister hotels and also to outsiders for an unknown price. Therefore it is usually full. But there is enough space to lie on. On the other hand, the sunbathing areas down by the sea are really great. Enough umbrellas and beach chairs for everyone.
The breakfast is also very good, but I can't comment on the internal restaurant. We only visited the BBQ night, which is great for fish lovers. Shuttle service and bus stop included, of course.
We also got a free upgrade, which made our vacation twice as sweet.
I can recommend it!

Good hotel with many amenities. Breakfast excellent. different pools. clean. At least one of the rare hotels around the bay that aren't surrounded by noisy activities and having music and people shouting all the night.
