I was extremely pleased to have found Corefact and began working with them. My father owns multiple printing shops in the Bay Area, so I am pretty familiar with the industry. With that being said, Corefact offers very reasonably priced printing for a busy real estate agent. Their tools are designed to easily market a listing or yourself/services without hassle and spending too much time on the design. The customer service is mainly what stood out to me; I was recently having some flyers for a new listing done and when I went to pick them up, I arrived early and found that they weren't yet in the bin. I went in and knocked on the door and was helped by a super responsive staff. While they (flyers) were in the back, the staff went to get everything and then even made sure to walk them out to my car with me. Arnold who helped me out to my car noticed a mistake and immediately took one to get it re-printed and corrected. I later dealt with Yerly when I was picking them up and both were helpful and stood out in their stellar customer service.
If you want to have quality real estate marketing materials from a printing company that is focused on serving the needs of the real estate community and a great experience, use Corefact!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Peter with Corefact on a $300+ order and he was very knowledgeable and a great help to me. He walked me through each step on how to track my order. He gave me great tips on how to read the tracking as well. He put my mind at ease when I was worried that my order did not get processed. But Peter helped me find the right information and helped me see that everything was going smoothly! His expertise made the process a wonderful experience. This guy knows his stuff and he should get a promotion and a big raise!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Corefact recently got into the production of Real Estate signs and I had wonderful experience ordering my signs. I am incredibly particular when it comes to design work and I was VERY impressed with how the entire process was handled. The timeline from start to finish was impressive. In less than week I had yard signs, open house signs and 40+ riders designed, printed, and shipped to my office. Great work Corefact!!!

Easy to use. Friendly service. Great support. The only thing is their data is not up to date on the Corefact pricing of homes.

I signed up with Corefact Elite in March 2020, knowing I would have to pivot with COVID. The Elite campaign promises to make you the local expert , a professional goal I ve had for 18 years. The consistent, monthly branded postcards do not promise instant results, but I m pleased to report that the cumulative effect has been nothing short of incredible. Just last week, I signed a new listing for $2.4M from a customer who said she wanted to hire the local expert even though her family was telling her to use another Realtor. She was sold on me before our first appointment thanks to the effectiveness of the Elite campaign!

I worked with David at Corefact on a custom postcard for my neighborhood and he was fantastic! Super patient, incredibly responsive and just all around awesome to work with. I have no clue about design and was all over the place, but David listened carefully and came up with the most perfect design. It was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Thank you David!!

Donna Smyth Goes the extra mile to help educate and empower CoreFact clients. She has been very responsive even calling me after hours to go over inner workings of the CoreFact lead capture system and mailing list properties. I ve had real estate coaches that were less helpful and concerned about my results. I m leaving the review because I could have got a little stuck but Donna was there to walk me through every part of the system and take the time to listen and answer my questions. The CoreFact mailers look great and I am looking forward to a long term and prospers partnership.

We were sending out a postcard for a property, somehow one of the photos didn't upload, I authorized to "print" and Corefact was so awesome to see the photo error, and alerted me of a problem. They saved me a huge cost of reprint and mailing. The tri-fold mailers are not only gorgeous, their customer service has all served as a second set of eyes, to ensure accuracy. Really appreciate them!

I ordered 500 Just Listed cards and had a copy mailed to myself. The card I received was a good size but the text, a short description of the home, was completely illegible. Not only was it tiny and hard to read even for a young person but it also blended in with the same color background. The design was set by default and looked fine on my computer screen. I felt like I completely wasted $400. When I emailed customer service representative they took no responsibility for it. Sophia's response was that the card passed their quality assurance department. I am glad that I learned about their "quality products" sooner than later. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed in their response to a mistake made with my most recent order. They shipped the mail to my office instead of the addresses uploaded to the order. When I emailed customer care their answer was simple, you are wrong and there is no solution but to reorder the entire order. I had to send two emails to talk to a manager after over two weeks of no solution. In the end they said the same. You must've clicked the wrong box, no solution. Not impressed and very saddening by how they handled my order. I will not be using them again, too many great companies out there to support that want our business.

This software is very user friendly. I like the clean professional templates and options as well as the large selection of color choices. I find that the photos upload very quickly and resolution is great. The radius mailing list is a important feature to us. The 5 star rating absolutely encompasses the customer service. It is prompt and a great support. I was notified when I had too much information for the front of my postcards and was able to correspond with customer support on a more personal level than that of other softwares. I found that part particularly nice and assuring. No one wants to spend good money on something the consumer will have a hard time reading. I would definitely recommend Corefact.

I've used Corefact for a couple of years now, their customer service is wonderful and the product is equally as good! I mail between 2000 to 5000 pieces of mail per month, and Corefact has always performed well!

Corefact is great! Always very responsive to any of my needs and work quickly. Their products are great and the automation is a must! As a realtor the more I can automate the better my business and life are! Definitely recommend Corefact and their services.

This review is for Treena at Corefact! She is absolutely the best!!! She has been designing and mailing out my husband Bob Hingre and my "Just Sold" and "Just Listed" cards for a number of years and she has never disappointed us. Treena is extremely quick in her response time and filling the orders. Everything she does is perfect as she dots all the "I's" and crosses all the "t's" . Mail has gone to the wrong state on 2 different occasions now, AND I received a Corefact postcard from an out of state agent at my home. Clearly her mail was being sent to the wrong state as well!!
