I have been a software developer for over 20 years, and Core's payment system is used by my healthcare provider. It is always a horrid experience.

I could tell the developers were rookies right away when I saw this message where you enter your medical record number: "Please do not include leading zeros." It not only contains a misspelling, but if you can't write code that removes leading zeroes from a number in an html form, you should not be writing code. Inexperienced coders are infamous for fixing bugs by adding notes to the user interface.

I am going to urge my provider to demand fixes. Their Core payment system is totally unacceptable.

The Worst City Bill Payment system. I don't know who in the city decided this company/solution was a good idea. Poorly crafted and requires reentry of "ALL" info EVERY TIME one attempts to pay a monthly bill. The interface looks like it was built as a High School project or by a foreign hacker. This system is actually an insult to High Schoolers and Hackers.

This is one of the worst online payment systems I've ever used. My agency provides web development services to our clients, so I know poor forms when I see them.

I can only assume that their services are cheap and they won city/gov bids against competent companies, thereby providing the very subpar services to the agencies who hired them, who apparently have never heard the phrase "you get what you pay for".

The developers who create their forms should be ashamed of themselves. Show some pride in your work.

The payment website that CORE Business Technologies made for Miami Dade County is a horrible experience. Miami-Dade should fire this company immediately and make a new, user-friendly, flexible, intuitive website--all the things the current website is not.

Horrible horrible payment system. They got my city to use them... turned out to be a terrible waste of taxpayers time. Crashes every night, doesn't save details, randomly restarts when you're on the payment page. Horrible.

Fantastic company with top notch customer services and sales.
