I had a fall at work where I fell down the stairs injuring my lower back, I got in touch with Cordell & Co and after a short phone call where information was exchanged, my case was accepted.

Cordell & Co have been amazing, providing me with all the information I could possibly need and explaining everything in great detail, being very professional throughout the whole time. Any major updates/progress, I was made well aware of.

Whilst the claim took a little longer than I had first expected, I understand these things are not an exact science and of course can take longer or indeed be quicker than a similar case and in the end I received far more in compensation than I thought I was going to receive, which is always nice!

I have used Cordell & Co solicitors for an incident which occurred in my work place, I was advised to contact them to see if i was able to make a claim, I received a visit from a gentleman who came to my home and I completed a application form, this was then dealt with the solicitors, within days I received the relevant documents and they took on my case, throughout the process Cordell &Co have kept me in contact with whats going on, where it was in process, to me nothing was ever any trouble to them even when I called myself by telephone or email i got a very quick reply back by telephone or email, this explaining what was happening or what the next steps were they were taking, Cordell & Co were extremely professional and polite, with anything throughout my claim, I got a call on the day to say that my cheque was in the post and that my claim has been successful and I am extremely grateful for their hard work for taking on my case and getting the best results for myself and I am sure for themselves as Solicitors, I would like to Thank each and everyone that has had an involvement in my claim even to the receptionist for taking my calls, and I would recommend Cordell &Co to my friends and family in future events that may arise without hesitation, Thankyou again

Shocking solicitors, this firm accepted my case on a no win no fee basis then tried to charge me to submit the claim, they later agreed i didn't need to pay the fee's??? now they have dropped my claim after "reviewing" the information. Yet they made no attempt to contact any of the witnesses to obtain statements or further evidence that would support my claim. They completely rolled over the second the other sides Solicitors sent a letter out denying liability. Cleary looking for a quick buck rather than complex claims.

I can highly recommend Cordell & Co, the service and customer care I received was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way, my claim progressed in the time scale discussed and I'm very, very happy with the outcome. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Do not use these no win no fee first sent my claim paperwork to the wrong company then ring me telling me I didn't have enough time left to claim she told me I had 2 months left I pointed out you have 3 years to claim not 2 something I would have expected a competent company to know.i now have to start my claim all over again with a new company 7 months wasted I would avoid the only time I was contacted was to tell me they would need 53% of my claim insurances and so on .

Cordell & co. Acted on my behalf for a bad ankle injury claim. I would not recommend this company whatsoever they never followed my instruction completely, i had to call them regulary to get updates and insist they followed my instructions. In there own admission they told me that the solicitors where changed half way through the claim and they had not been told my insrtuctions clearly. It is my opinion but i would not reccomend this company at all . VERY DISAPPOINTED

After over 2yrs of fighting, I received my cheque this week, without the help of Daniel &co I wouldn't of received a penny .Saw two specialists which there is no way I could afford, would definitely recommend to family and friends.Thank you from Louise Emo ,I now can afford to have time off from work to have surgery when needed

Total waste of time! Waited 9 months to be told the case wasn't worth pursuing because the third party denied liability. Yeah they denied it because you clearly didn't send any evidence of the accident taking place. They wanted photos, witnesses etc, which I already provided. But the third party never seemed to receive any of it, Everything has to go through mr cordell which takes 4-6 weeks. I was always having to call for any updates. Don't waste your time unless theres hardly any work that needs to be done!

Would highly recommend. I was kept informed when it was needed. Something i appreciate. The time the claim took was as I expected. On the odd occasion I contacted them, they were always friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you, from a very happy client.
