We bought the Docuware software to help our medical practice and it was anything but what they said. Long story short the software and system is not what they claim. We were charged $20,000+ and we are still paying and do not have a workable software. I would never recommend this package. Like most "sales" presentations, they make it look like a savior but the company did not follow through with what was sold.
I mean they're awesome. Unlike other print/copier machine companies we've worked with in the past, CFBT remained attune to our company's printer and copier machine needs well after we purchased the machine we bought from them.
Anyone whose worked in an office is familiar with this sequence: you click or press copy (or print or whatever), the machine is silent and not making *healthy* noises, sounds that indicate the command is being performed. After noticing an error, you troubleshoot to no avail. Then you enlist the help of other people in the office. No one can figure it out. It's only then, more or less, that you decide to make that call for additional technical support.
Copier Fax Business Technologies, Inc. (CFBT) is extremely sensitive to all of this. Specifically, they're sensitive to the level of frustration that technical problems with a copier unit can present to a company, especially during business hours. Regardless of whether that print/copy job happens to be one that can be held off, or one that's urgent. Either way, they'll fix it, quick.
If your company was anything like ours and came to expect lackluster customer support from printer/copier companies - "we'll look into it and get back to you before the end of the business day", "it's in our docket", "we'll send someone over." etc, etc, etc, then this company will definitively blow you away. The owner of this company only "sends someone over" when someone actually needs to be sent. Otherwise - he, himself will relay the quickest way to fix the copier/fax machine problem you're facing within 15 minutes after you call. Furthermore, his instructions are clear, and I've never come across a problem with our Kinoca that he didn't know how resolve. CFBT is on another league with respect to customer service. Highly recommend.
