The worst company I've dealt with in any context. They hire disreputable contractors who don't complete jobs, make blatantly ableist remarks--sometimes in writing--and never return phone calls. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible management company in the world! My condo association is through Copeland Group LLC and I have had nothing but headache with this company. Vintage Point Condomanium is managed by this company, by far the worst at their communication and not helpful when situation arise. Do not go with copeland group. By far the worst!!!
Best condo management company I have worked with over my 11 years as a condo board member. We have gone through more than a few management companies that did not meet our expectations. We have been with The Copeland Group for 4 years now. It is nice to be working with a company that gets the job done. Our current manager is especially responsive. Being a condo manager can be a stressful, thankless job, so I am impressed with our manager's professionalism. There will always be the occasional issue. Managing condos is not a high profit margin business, and a given manager tends to be responsible for more properties than is ideal. But, our current manager, James, makes us feel like we are his only property. And when the ball inevitably gets dropped once in awhile, he is responsive when the issue is discovered. Of course, I do not know what prompted the 1 star reviews. I can only say from my experience on the board that there are all kinds of owners, some less reasonable than others.
Doing the best with what they got. Lucky to have them take over and move our complex forward. Always been there when I need them or have a question.
The rest of the reviews speak for itself. Unethical, poor business management, and even worse customer service. They will get sued some day and lose everything because I can't believe that in this day and age you can run your business this corrupt and not piss of the wrong person. If you are considering using these people for your building management run. Otherwise they will find like minded corrupt people in your building to be on the board with them and make your life in the condo that you adore and own a nightmare.
Cindy Smith is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. She invites arguments and blames everyone instead of trying to come to a resolution. Good luck having any constructive communication with her!
When requesting fees for sale of our condo James Sipe did not disclose all fees and when questioned about it at sale James admitted his incompetence and began "spell checking" my husband's emails instead of addressing his failure to disclose or address items. Horrible experience. Sending all documents to the Condo HOA board for review.
the reviews speak for themselves. jennifer g is absolutely the worst.. a true bully and not very bright. BEDBUG infestation in 1115 (airbnb) 1/22/2020 and 48 hours later copeland, nor the board has notified owners or renters and i doubt they will.
They tend to ignore the concerns of the residents in which they represent. They also have no care to those who wish to speak out against matters that need to be changed in regards to safety.
