First of all the best wishes for 2019, but hope that this pharmacist not only think of filling his bags (money) but just have to do what he has to do! I mean ; very often we get other (cheaper, but the expensive medicines at the health insurance charge! And then the story says: in yet another medicine, yes your old medicines can no longer be delivered.And this does not happen 1 or 2 times but many times happens in 2018. So I will ask my health insurance fund once, hope (what many patients have!) you have informed
