Years of courtesy, commitment, kindness, selection of the offer and care for members and customers stained by the inability to manage a point collection for a glass jar and the superficiality of an employee who instead of apologizing for managerial and organizational inability teases the client on duty bouncing him once again to the indefinite!
For the COOP brand, the relationship with customers is sacred and some superficial employee behavior is more offensive by the inability to manage a social initiative efficiently !!!
After a formal complaint, however, it was possible to put a patch. Being able to apologize and try to learn from your mistakes is a feature that is not taken for granted and certainly to be taken into consideration. Having antibodies to remedy your mistakes promptly is worth at least 3 stars ...

Large and well-stocked supermarket. Valid goods but high prices, above average and therefore not competitive with other competitors. Personally partially justified by the fact that, having to pay the interests of the numerous sociocoop customers who own social booklets, the fact itself drains resources which then inevitably affects consumers, with higher prices for the same quality.

The only drawback is the current arrangement of the goods which has been distorted compared to the origin.Personally I suggest to put up signs with the definition of the goods for each aisle, as in Esselunga.

Huge but poorly organized supermarket. With all the space that is available, Esselunga would have created a Superstore in style. The assortment also leaves something to be desired: products on the shelves are often missing. Not all staff are helpful and polite. There is a "salvatempo" service but often the cashier is missing or "traditional" customers are served making it useless to have used the time saver. In short, there is so much to review ...

The worse experience I ever had in a supermarket! Waste of space, the variety of products is at minimum.

Parking 3 Eur per hour. Out of 10 cash desks, only one working. Staff not moving at all.

Never again

Excellent vegetables, coop products in general and fresh counter products. Space allows you to move well, without too much stress. It is clean and does not smell strange like in other supermarkets. Kind cashiers.

Good assortment but staff glued to the limit of rudeness ... with the opening of the citylife shopping district they risk closing. Or maybe they wake up and understand that the job must be earned!

It was a great supermarket, but it seems to be in decline. Good products, less management. Excellence remains the reception staff and checkouts, for the rest: a few open checkouts, it seems that you try to force the customer to use do-it-yourself (bad) boxes. At the end of the day, unprotected shelves, the products in the assortment also seem to have decreased. Members' office hours impossible for those who work. Maybe it would take more staff.
