Pekao bank headquarters, no possibility to drive a car or even a bike to the entrance to the bank branch for customers.

No parking space for customers.

Large queues, no system organizing the queue, it is not known who is last and who is first.

Lack of parking for customers disqualifies the facility as customer-friendly. Although the staff tries very hard ... And due to the difficult access to the ward - there are no queues.

Edit: even the bike has nowhere to leave, and the security is chasing you away from the facility.
