Well my experience with coolman is amazing i bought a refrigerator for my store since 2015 and still running perfect even we get help from them free when we need to change the setting and im sure we will buy more equipment from this company

Nine months after purchasing a brand new 6 Coolman pizza table I am now dumping money left and right to fix this piece of garbage unit. Decided to spend the money on a brand new unit instead of dealing with the headaches of a used unit. What a joke. I have spoken to the company (or couple that seems to work out of a basement) numerous times now and have argued the 1 year warranty. They claim that labor and Freon are not part of the warranty, where my response is if you fixed it I would not be paying labor to someone else. They tell me they will be glad to fix it, all I have to do is shut down my business for the day, rent a truck and drive the unit 6 hours to their warehouse ( basement), drop it off and come back in a week or so to pick it back up. What a joke. No I have a $2,000 work bench full of ice every day until I can afford a real American made unit. Please do not put yourself through this, save until you can purchase a decent made unit from someone in your area, with a real warranty, by someone who will honor it. Scumbags is all I can say, it s a shame business is done like this.

Junk. Our sandwich prep started having issues the first year. In the 3 years we have had it we have had it fixed at least 5 times. Not made to last. Dont buy coolman.

My husband & I purchased a chef base & 2 sandwich prep refrigerators from Coolman. When the items arrived, all three of the items were dented in various places, but what really upset us was that the chef base was used. We contacted a manager who argued that they do not sell used equipment, but we sent them photos showing the remnants of food that we found inside the unit as well as in the hinges & food staining on the outside. The cord to plug the item was with wires exposed & worn out. We were advised to plug the unit in & it did not work....luckily we weren't electrocuted. He finally agreed to replace the unit. First of all, the quality of the chef base is so poor that it has gotten crushed from the weight of the griddle that is sitting on it....which is it's purpose, to withstand the weight of a griddle! So we had to shim the griddle to sit straight. Now, after a year the chef base failed to work & after a year & a half one of the sandwich prep refrigerators failed to work as well. Both of the compressors broke. It was very costly to have the compressors replaced. I am not very confident that the second sandwich prep is going to last. You know the saying "you get what you pay for", well, do yourselves a favor & pay the extra money for the brand name from a reputable supplier because these items are not worth the hassle. We wish someone would have left their honest review of this place prior to our purchase because it could have saved us from this horrible experience & we hope that this will save others from making the same mistake as we did!
