No parking for trucks and no restroom for drivers..had to use a dirty porter potty

I have a 2 drops in City Jacksonville and on this location is my first drop I have a appointment 8 in morning i check in 7:30 in morning and i wait 10 o clock they never give me a dock then i went too check in office then ask what happened and I already told i have a second drop same city but 45 min drive hare to second drop location overthere i have a 12 o clock appointment but they said go to sit in a truck we call you . I wait long time in a truck and they give me a dock 12:45pm and after one hours they knock my door and told park truck in parking alot and whenever paperwork ready then we call i have a just only 2 pilot delivery hare and I already late for second drop i think they can charge me $$ Or they give me appointment for second delivery for next day but they don t care . And they don t care for drivers time, shift, and pay and log book. And this location when you go to check in office they put paper on window they say if you are come in after 3pm then they charge you 100$ extra and why they put that if anybody late for second delivery because they take a tooo long time hare why they never pay for late fee for our second delivery i talk lots of driver the all driver tired and long waiting for paperwork in location

People Friendly...Fast. Update: In the doc as soon as I got here im put in the doc and unloaded in less than an hour..No problems yet

Unload on time,waiting paperwork already 2 hours....

Had to move to a different dock twice. 2 hrs past appointment - nothing taken off the trailer yet. I guess, it all depends on what products you deliver to them.

8am delivery appt on a Monday. 40min in and out! Great job guys!

Arrived before appointment time of 11am. At 1212 for a call for a door. Unloaded with 2 hours. Then told to wait for a phone call for paperwork. That call came at 1522. Have been waiting inside for my paperwork for 45 minutes. Now, the girl has an attitude with me, lmfao.

I had a 9am appt. They checked me in at 8:30 & in a dock at 8:50am. And was out within the 2 hrs. They called and told me my lumper fee and once I paid I got bills and receipt. They have no parking overnight but at 7am gates open with staging of about 9 trucks on back side. You check in next to dock 47! required.

It's a tight hole !! There is no parking anywhere!!! I drove around for 30min. Trying to find a spot, found one (2) miles away

Super nice folks arrived like 5 minutes before 9am appointment got me in a door and unloaded super fast very friendly and nice folks work here.

Easy in and out, fenced property with nice staging area... came here 2 hours early and got my door 10 min after my app time, empty in 1,5 hrs .....had to pay for lumpers....not to bad... why just 3 stars - no overnight parking ....

Checked in at 8 am , appt. Was for 10.30 ,12 noon and still don't have a door, too many trucks for a small place. Not good at all,update it's 1pm and still no door, there are drivers waiting 2 to 3 hours after unloading to get there papers, sorry ass place,no considaration for the driver ..keep away, you have been warned!!!!

This was a great experience 06:30 appointment got in the door at 06:45 got empty at 08:00 that was very fast for full load.

More than 5 hours of unloading. Kind of bad peple working here. Cheating on bills of lading, taking your hours!

Got here On time for my appointment and was assigned a door right the way and was unloaded in about and hour, but had to wait for another 5 hours to receive paper work. When asked why is it taken forever that s said they have to wait for approval from their customer. And of course didn t get approve detention according the the broker. Even tho I had an appointment!

George was great at unloading !!! Very friendly!!!! Quick and one great person !!!!

REALLY REALLY BAD. THEY CHARGED ME $100 FOR A LATE FEE. EVEN THOUGH I HAD A NEW SEAL AND PAPERS FROM THE FLORIDA PORT AUTHORITY. THAT'S CRAZY. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I don't usually write reviews, but feel that it is necessary for their GOOD service. I have been using this company for a few years since they started their location in Jax here. The reason I switched to Cool Transport because because I was referred by my friend. They have been having very a good experience with this company at this and the other location. Sincerely speaking, they are more efficient than my prior company, unload timely WITHOUT hassle. "Time is money in business." The GREAT experience I have ever had will make us continuously doing business with Cool Transport, especially the owner Eric, a great guy and very responsible on each word he says. THANK YOU ERIC!!

I didn t have any problems quick unloading If you have Booking or Appointment already

Nice got here at 6:00am the ppl that work here got here 6:30 gave me a door. done unloading 7:45am very fast

The yard jockey a******* this place is very unprofessional they don't know what's going on there's a note on the board telling all employees to stay busy don't want to see nobody standing around 100 dollar late fee for one pallet it was not my fault I was late Walmart help me up I showed you my in and out times but you still didn't care. Really coool transport joke

Staff is friendly enough. Place is easy to get to. However that is where the good ends.

Now for the rest of the delivery:
Arrived at 06:15 for 07:00 appointment. Did not get into a door until 10:30. Was not unloaded until 12:30. Paperwork was not ready until 13:30. They tried to reject my load but the customer wouldn't let them. Half of the staff was chatting on the phone or on break the entire time I was here. Very unprofessional and unorganized atmosphere. Be prepared to wait a while if coming here. An entire day will be lost where you don't make any money due to their incompetence.

Appointment was 7am in the door at 645am unloaded by 715!

Even if you have an appointment they will not unload you the next few hours!

Worst company, I had 10: 30 am appointment, checked in at 9 am, got door at 12 pm, offloaded by 12: 30 pm and it's 3:16 pm now and still waiting for my paperwork.
I talked to other other drivers and they all waited 4-5 hours just for the paperwork

Important Update!!! One reviewer said there was overnight parking, but I just pulled up Sunday night for an 8am appt Monday morning.
DEAD END STREET! GATE LOCKED! NO PARKING SIGNS ALL ALONG STREET! AAARRRRGGGHHHHHH! But it is now Monday a.m. in dock early kinda tight for a 780 but overall so far so good.

I put star because of the lady in the receiving office she is so cute, but for everything else no stars worth place ever, I lost my 8 hours to get the door, be ready to be here 8+ hours

No overnight parking.. waiting area...Yes! Fast unloading! But wait the papers lot of time .. checkin 7:55 am now is 11:35am still waiting papers..

Not a bad place just have your bills in hand.diffrent.update . changed management there terrible.

They have a parking for a track but the problems it s they working very slowly I was staying there 7 hours this is the only problems

I have faith in Cool Transports on each load and they have never given me any disappointment. Always prompt and on time. Even on long weekend holiday, Eric will accommodate to open to asist for unloading without making me wait until the holiday was over. Thanks for all your help Eric!!

This place is a joke, it's been 2.5 hours since I got unloaded and still can't get my bills. Avoid at all costs. You've been warned.

So far I can only give one star do to NO OVERNIGHT PARKING and I was charged 100.00 for not having an appointment when I was sent here from Crowley. Where I had a 9 am appointment and was there 35 min. Early. Now I'm stuck wait till they can work me in.

8 am appointment not even in a door to unload at 11 am. Can't even give a reason as to why they can't get to me. Very slow place. I am going home they can try again when I feel like coming back.

0700 appointment got in the door at 0730 got empty 0800 and it s 1015 I m still waiting for paperwork update 1030 got paperwork back

Apt @ 0630. Got a door right away. Got unloaded, paid lumper and got bills all within an hour! Nice place!

No overnight parking but do have an area to park while you wait for a door. I was about 20 minutes late and they still treated respectfully. The dock workers are courteous and the woman at the recieving window was very polite! Would be 5 stars if there was overnight parking, but overall a good experience! Thank you Cool Transport team!

This was the first time unloading here, I was in and out within a 2hr window, you must have your paper work in order, very efficient operation thanks for the great service.

Cool Transport is great! They really have it together. Had an 8 am appointment, showed up a little before got a door rught away & was unloaded at 8:01 am. Immediately got the paperwork & was on our way by 8:05 am. Would not mind coming back here anytime.

This place is completely chaotic. Didn't take long to get us in a door even without an appointment and get unloaded. The paperwork was a complete nightmare. Took them over 2 hours to authorize a check and get paperwork. Then lost our paperwork between having to move out of a door for someone else and getting back to the office.

No overnight parking.
Day parking is no problem.
No parking on the street or streets around. Truck parking at truck stop is usually full by the evenings.
Usually transfer loads from reefer to train containers.
Mostly a no problem delivery other than parking issue.

Almost always have a good experience here 8:00 a.m. appointment is now 8:32 and I am empty they don't mess around they get you in and out

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TRUCKERS. BEEN HERE FOR 3 TIMES. PROMISSED TO MYSELF WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. ENDED UP HERE 4TH TIME ON ACCIDENT - SAME STORY AS ALWAYS: "NO CONTAINER AVAILABLE ON TIME. YOU SIT AND WAIT. AND BE PATIENT!". AND NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR TIME BEING WASTED.

If you do loads make sure you do your paper cause their shipper did not have there address on BOL shipper informed me port of Jacksonville it was a private shipper.

Overheard a driver that checked in at the same time as me. He was told they wouldn't have an available container for his freight until the next morning. They want to waste your time at your expense. My personal opinion is if you want to have a refrigerated operation, you need a refrigerated dock.
