Tried to call the Cook County State Attorney office several times today to file a complaint. But They do not answer the phone nor is there room in their system for me to leave a message! WHAT IS GOING ON AT THAT OFFICE?

Went to court today to try to get my background cleared up so I can get a better job to support my 2 children. The prosecutor was so pressed about my past and wasn't looking at how I just graduated with an Associate of Science in Business Administration with double honors and got inducted into 2 honor societies ( Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Beta Gamma) and not to forget my picture is on the wall at my school for the next 15 years. I showed my resume and how I've been doing good and they told me that they refused to seal my background and doesn't see me as a changed person but one who was jailed at the age of 17. I'm 32 now .Kim Foxx wouldn't give me a chance but gave everyone who had gun cases a second chance at life and sealed their backgrounds. That's not fair and I believe I was done wrong and railroaded again by this system. Time to get people removed who are not for people who's shown they've changed and working hard. I can't get a job and they don't care.

got a call from the SA Office today. Called back since they left NO MESSAGE and NO VOICE MAIL regarding what they wanted. Spoke to an employee whom stated the call could have been from anyone and their system uses whatever number is available to call. Seeing that I have not been involved in any LEO activity for over 10 years, this call was un nerving. To further un nerve was the inability to help or provide any assistance regarding the call I got from them. I was told wait for them to call again or worst case them to knock on my door. Ok....knocking on my door without a warrant isnt going to garner you any cooperation and that statement COULD BE taken as a veiled threat. On a return call I spoke to a woman who was at the least very condescending regarding this call and it was if she was talking down to me and I was taking up her valuable time. Heres a thought, the next time you decide to call me LEAVE A MESSAGE regarding what it is you want and your call will be happily returned. But call and disconnect? Sorry you wont get a gram of help from me on anything. I dont generally complain about States Attorneys, its not my fault you couldnt afford John Marshall Law School like I could. I brought MANY MANY cases before the SA Office when I was working. 99% of them garnered convictions and made YOUR office look good. At the time it was a pleasure to work around the employees of that office. But now, no im sorry I WONT take the run around or be talked down to by someone who's salary is paid from my taxes. If youre looking for info on a past case or a defendant, get a subpoena and even then Ill develop sudden amnesia. Above anything else (and you SHOULD know this basic business skill) when you call someone and they dont pick up LEAVE A MESSAGE. You will get far more cooperation from the person than if you dont.

This office has shown that it should not be in business whatsoever. It's constant harrassment of families and involvement in children's deaths should be under review. This office should be shut down and all people practicing within this office fired never to be an attorney again. As well EVERY case this office has done relooked at.

I just wanted to say that if you don t want to work why apply for the job. I ve called up here 3 times within the last week trying to see what s wrong with my case & everybody transferred me to somebody who told me to call them back and when I did nobody answered. When I called today the lady told me omg. Why clock in if you don t want to work.

So if someone lies to the police about being jumped to try and start a political and race war in the country it's completely okay!? What a horribly biased democratic prosecutor. As long as the criminal follows her political position it's somehow okay... Tina Tchen and Kim Foxx should be ashamed.

I live in here and I cannot believe Jesse was let go. I guess if you are famous the laws do not apply to you. I will not be watching Empire on Fox if they choose to keep him on. I am ashamed of the way Kim Foxx and the her right hand man handled this case. I do not vote in elections normally, but I sure as hell am going to in the next one.

Time to get some lists rolling. Comparisons of cases of lesser charges with harder punishments. This should get fun. This includes individuals that waisted tax payer dollars and state resources.

I can t believe this deal was made. Regardless waves need to be made.
