Awful experience
My experience with Cook Brown Building Control has been nothing short of appalling. Our case (LN75483) was initially handled by Adrian, who left the company halfway through the process – and frankly, given the chaos I’ve experienced, I’m not surprised he left.
After Adrian’s departure, Max took over, but the situation only worsened. Communication has been virtually non-existent, and I’ve had to chase daily for updates. Every time I call, I’m either redirected back to Max or asked for forms that were submitted weeks ago. When I do get a response, it’s vague and leaves me feeling like something is always missing.
This lack of organisation and accountability has caused significant delays to my project and a huge amount of stress. It feels like there is no ownership of the issue, no urgency, and no care for the client experience.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Cook Brown to think twice. Based on my experience, they have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service and professional responsibility.
