I can't thank this team enough for helping to create the backyard and pool of my dreams. I had been searching for houses with pools for a few years and finally decided to build my own. This team met with me countless times to help design the right pool for me and the house as well as designing and building an outdoor living area that quickly became my favorite "room" in the house. Communication and responsiveness from the project management team is top notch from start to finish and even beyond if you have any questions for them.

I recently had Coogans come out to my house to help me with a master plan for my back yard. It's a cumbersome project with many moving parts... pool, gas fire pit, seat walls, meditation area, she shed and more. I was very impressed with their level of creativity and can't wait see it come to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a creative edge.

We hired Coogan's for a backyard makeover. Derek was the architect who redesigned our backyard to incorporate a living area with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The price was fair and the work was done well. My new yard is awesome and we love spending time out there. Coogan's truly gave us what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.

We hired Coogan's Landscape to add some flair to our very basic yard. After consulting with us, their designer, John, drew up plans and made suggestions based on what we wanted. The resulting effect was perfect. The plan consisted of bushes around the base of the house, several trees and some flowers. We had initially wanted larger, more mature trees. John informed us that planting younger trees would be much more economical and that within a few years they would grow to match our expectations. He was absolutely correct and kept us from spending much more money than was necessary.

The job that Coogan's did for us was absolutely fantastic. We had our entire back yard remodeled, which included tree removal, grading, pool with spa, landscaping, irrigation, and even a deck remodel. We had meetings with their design team at the start who provided us with all the information up front, including a great 3D rendering of what the completed project will look like from many different angles. The craftsmanship of the pool deck and spa is absolutely gorgeous. The tree/bush/plant selections and subsequent landscaping is better than we could have ever envisioned when we first started. Our project manager Patrick Silver was there every step of the way, always answering any questions we may have immediately and taking care of any concerns we may have had, which made this large scale project stress-free for us: for which we are very grateful ! Outstanding company!

We have worked with Coogan's on several occasions and we have always been pleased with the results. Most recently, they resurfaced our pool and pool deck and suggested other upgrades to the hardscape and landscaping that brought our backyard into the 21century! Highly recommend Tom and crew. Julie is a delight to work with as well.

As a repeat customer of Coogan s I was every bit as pleased the second time around. David again took the lead to help map out the strategic design, then Kieran and i worked closely to the project s completion. The crew was great and very accommodating to the minor tweaks along the way. The job site was every bit as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. We recently hired Coogan s for a face-lift on our landscaping. We had the original landscaping in place since we built our home over 25 years ago. We gave our project manager full discretion over the design and materials used in the project. He did an amazing job. We have had many of our neighbors compliment us on our yard.

Also even though our project was not very large, we felt like we got outstanding service. The project manager was very attentive to our needs. When we asked for some adjustments he was very responsive.

We are looking at doing some additional landscaping in the fall and we will be calling Coogan s again!
