Had to get a new service for a restaurant. They were very helpful and quick to process the transaction so we did not loos seevice. Only complaint is the very large deposit. With all the problems COVID has created yfor business you would hope they would relax the old policy to keep businesses starting and going.
I was in and out quickly. The 2 years I lived in conway any issue I had was taken care of quickly.
I love Conway Corp. The rates for their services are very reasonable. I ve lived in Conway for 5 years and can count on one hand how many times I ve lost power. When I have lost power, service has been restored promptly. I have also never had any trouble with their internet service.
Conway Corp is not concerned about the pandemic and the people affected. All they care about is their Money, and that's sad in the climate we are currently living in... People are leaving Conway for this very reason. I don't blame them!!! Horrible!!

100% a money hungry corporation. employees can simply say whatever they d like to you and if it turns out to be wrong, you still get to pay the fees!! they can just deny it ever happened!! and although this does not affect me, i find it disgusting that they continue to charge late fees during a pandemic. there is 0 excuse for that. just greed.

Very disappointed in the fact that they do not report your good payment history to the credit bureaus. I've made every payment on time for the past 2 years and Experian shows absolutely no history of any of them. I'm sure if I were delinquent they would be very quick to tell Experian all about it. Very bad business practice.
I just called to ask about my current bill and was helped by Dan! He was so nice, and VERY helpful. He got everything taken care of, and told me step by step what to do! If you ever have any questions, ask for Dan!!
