I wrote to you in the request that the data has already been overwritten. Your answer was that we have to look at it first to form an opinion. After the analysis, it came out that we cannot save the data because it has already been overwritten. I had already written to you before. Very unsatisfactory. Nevertheless, you could have told me beforehand that overwritten data cannot be saved. I would have saved myself a lot of time and money. But the communication went quickly and smoothly therefore 2 stars.

I am very satisfied with the service of CONVAR. Everything worked out wonderfully.

I can only agree with the previous speakers, the absolute most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. It's about an exchange that is supposed to have been initiated, but nothing happens. I will now examine legal action against the online shop that sold the product.

First, Convar sent me a copy of my hard drive with NO rescued data that was so loose that the power went out across the house. Then Convar replaced it with nothing working on it again and now my original hard drive comes back, which I cannot use because there is no cable. Unfortunately disappointed
