I just started working here but so far my experience has been great and I love this opportunity I've been given. My trainer is great. Hes very informative and patient. They give you plenty of training and skills to do a great job once you get to production.

Currently work for them. Not told the truth about what is really expected of you used as a test subject just to get a contract and not told that if they dont get the contract you may be put of a job. Some of the supervisors are nothing but rude and have no experience with what your doing. Horrible...
This company is the worst company I have worked for. I work here for a little over two months, and my equipment kept breaking down. The equipment is cheap and always breaking down and when it s time for them to send you some more equipment, they don t pay you and act like it s your fault. The supervisor didn t reach out to see what s going on or anything, they have very poor communication skills. I was waiting on my replacement equipment and next thing you know I received an email saying doing a exit survey. No one called me or tried to reach out to me, and when I tried to reach out, I was blocked by the supervisor. Very bad company to work for.
I worked for Continuum through training. The recruiter told me that training would be from 6-8 weeks, then come to find out it s only 2 weeks. The trainer tried her best but didn t seem prepared. Our first day was a virtual meet & greet felt like I was on a dating site. For 3 weeks not one day came & went without some kind of technical issue. We didn t receive our login credentials to do our jobs till the start of the 2nd week when we actually needed them the first week. They use Microsoft Teams for communication and the trainer told everyone to display a Champagne Bottle when they re clocked in, when I made my trainer aware that I couldn t cause Teams was creating an issue with my system she stated, follow the instructions as provided to you or I ll mark you absent. (Very professional of you Lakeita). We were also informed by the trainer the a company wide email is sent out when an employee makes a mistake disclosing the employees mistake & name. Can we say HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT? The company s training program is in dire need to be rebuilt and some of its trainers replace. I do not recommend going to work for Continuum Global Solutions!
I've gotten hired with this company TWICE made it it all the way past the back ground check to get my first day of training hours and NEVER heard back from them after that process ! This company is very unprofessional and seems to Almost be a scam i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company ! Glad i found another job
