plenty to do to keep you entertained for a day, lots of useful info and a live show. Much emphasis on doing and discovering for children. as a change, a visit to Columbus and Cube is recommended

Top top. This is a museum where even suite adults can marvel. Sparkling wine interactive and modern. Restaurant cheap and varied. Very modern design and art elements decorated. There is also an experimented lab here. Where I did a lot myself. The kids were totally excited. The staff is very friendly and specialize in children.

A very nice place to bring the kids to. There are basically 2 parts.

The first part is a normal kind of discovery center with a lot of interactive science and technology exhibitions. The kids really love it, as there's a lot to do. The great thing is that they even learn from it.

The second part is even better for the kids: World of bricks. Basically some tiny Lego land, where kids can do a lot with Lego.

Finally there are some hand on labs, where for a small fee, kids can build some small tech construction. We didn't go for it, as we were running out of time.

Had a wonderful day with grandchildren of 8 and 10 years old. Very educational. Lovely staff, helpful. Also for the elderly, the mine, a reminder of our time.
Fortunately, our grandchildren need these

Super fun interactive and educational museum. Ideal for families with children. Next to the museum there is a laboratory where children can really make something fun. And a 3d movie, these options are at extra cost. Covid measures are the best I've seen. There is really a lot of cleaning, and everywhere there are disinfection options.

Bear in mind that there's a very heavy over-sell on the website; I was really disappointed with what's actually inside - though to be fair, it's probably aimed at young children under 10 (I'm well over that...)

If you have a "museumkaart" and you have free entry, or if you have kids under 10 then it's OK. Kids over 10 are likely to get bored; if you're paying the full 13.50 adult price it's not really worth it.

The staff are friendly and conversational and have time for their visitors.

I found the layout to be chaotic and I had the feeling that I was missing out on a section. Hang onto your young children because I think they'd get lost pretty easily without a parent's hand to hang on to.

There's a large (free) carpark nearby, and a train station too if you prefer travel by train. I didn't notice any landing strips if you plan on coming by space shuttle...!

Outstanding museum for children with workshop and various model kits to build yourself. consistently friendly staff. many museum contents such as mining history is offered here but not forced. A lot to touch. From the architecture very nice building. From the basic concept similar to the Maus Museum in Cologne but simply much better. I always like to come back.

Interactive and with many activities aimed at children. The children can have a great time here in a fun and playful way. Tinker yourself, test things yourself and a panorama cinema and show that are presented in a fun way with all kinds of tests. A must for a nice afternoon!

Our 3 year old son was thrilled. What a great LEGO exhibition. Also nice that attention is paid to the history of LEGO. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The Brasserie in the building is also very good. Limburg pie with coffee for 4.50.

There is a lot on offer, but find the admission price overpriced. Children from 5 years pay the full price of 12 euros, here you could set a lower price. Otherwise fun for young and old. Can spend a few hours here. Very friendly staff.

The Continium consists of 4 parts: A static, real museum part with old objects from South Limburg. A part about the human body, inventions (science). A temporary exhibition. Until December 7, 2016 about mobile phones and how it came about, from December 21 a large Lego exhibition. But the best thing for the kids: do it yourself. You can make various devices with recycle or new materials.
The present restaurant is not extensive but tasty. This part is shared with design museum Cube and 3D cinema Columbus.
Museum year card are valid, otherwise it is quite pricey. Because tinkering also costs extra money.

Fun for children. Lots to do and see. The Lego piece is also very nice. Reminded us all a bit of Nemo in Amsterdam, but a lot less busy, so that the children could actually do everything.
