The staff was courteous and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to repairs. I was also given a loaner car to use while my vehicle was being serviced. I work for an automotive repair shop that worked with Continental Warranty, Inc. on a one and done repair for a customer. The repair was done in 7/2020 and our shop has yet to receive payment. At first the excuse was that we didn't have the part/labor warranty on the invoice our shop faxed them. After updating our invoice to show the warranty, payment still hasn't been received even after several months of calling. Our adjustor, Matt, is slow to respond to emails and never returns phone calls. Each time we call we get a new representative that says "The check is being written as we speak". At this point we're sending the invoice to our collection agency in hopes to receive full payment. Other automotive repair shops should use caution when working with Continental Warranty, Inc.
My car came with the Gold Warranty and it has saved me many times with electrical problems on my car. Every time I call I am always answered promptly and they deal with my car as if it was their own. I can t imagine not having their warranty on my car as it has saved me so much time and money.
Continental Warranty covered my ride three times with no hiccups and has made me realize how thankful I am for this company and my dealership for insisting I get the coverage. Whenever I call, I am always met with a friendly Rep who takes care of my claim. Awesome experience!

The service is excellent and I have been very satisfied. Perfect for anyone needing car service or repair but cannot get off work at a certain time for an appointment.
I purchased my car with a warranty from Continental Warranty. It has been the best investment I have ever made on my car. This May, my car's engine caught fire and it was determined that it was not from any external source, it was a manufacturing defect. Continental took care of the repair without making any negative impact on my bank account. I love these guys!
