Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every person I spoke to was very rude and tried passing me onto someone else. Very unprofessional from the moment they answered the phone.

I can not recall a time where a corporate service vendor yelled at a management team (aka the client). Steven Nelson, who owns and runs the company, should be ashamed of his behavior. I would encourage any company considering stock transfer agents, to look elsewhere.
HORRIBLE customer service. Had to call about getting help filling out a form and the lady on the phone was so uninterested in helping and sighed at every question I had like I was boring her. Second time I called was over some tax forms that I received. Thought I would call to get clarification and was told they couldn't help and I needed to reach out to a tax accountant. Although I understand they can't provide tax advice, they couldn't give me the chance to ask what they forms THEY sent me were about. Wish I didn't have to deal with this company.
Damaris Tineo is awesome. She kindly explained to me over the phone about miscommunucations w.r.t. checks issued to my family member. Now, the biggest problem is resolved. I am waiting for an email response from the company admin to my request email to update my mom's email address incorrect on file.
