If you are looking to add a hot tub to your home, Continental Pool & Spa is the place to go. CJ Green was great to work with. He approached me in the store to introduce himself and asked if I had any questions and then allowed me to stroll around without feeling pressured. I'm not sure there isn't anything he doesn't know about their products.

Installation went great and I was surprised to see that CJ finished the install once the hot tub was in place...no wonder he knows everything about them. All three guys took great care in getting the tub down the hill to my backyard and getting in place on my patio.

They were very accommodating when asked to turn the tub to face a different direction. CJ took the time to go over all of the features and provided great instructions for taking care of my new hot tub.

I ve used this company for over 20 years. I ve owned two hot tub spas and although I am a small customer they treat me like I am their only customer! Always go above and beyond with their service and advice!

This place is not exactly the most convenient for me because I live in Council Bluffs, but it has been worth it and I will continue going here as a result. I ve gone twice now and both times they have been extremely helpful with my hot tub needs. They helped me get my hot tub back on track after switching to well water, and their solution didn t involve dumping a bunch of chemicals in either. I previously went to a couple of other places trying to address the issue and neither of those places were really willing to help. Continental Pool & Spa did not treat me any different because I didn t buy my hot tub from them. They treated me like a regular customer, helped me find answers and they steered me in the right direction.

This was our first time to purchase a spa and Emily made this a very easy process from start to finish. They had a good selection of products to choose from. They delivered the spa about an hour and a half away and the setup guy realized they sent him with the wrong cover. He got on the phone and they delivered the correct cover so we would be able to have it all in place that same day. Above and beyond! We are really enjoying it!

Continental pool did an amazing job turning our old pool into a beautiful oasis for many years to enjoy. Their total professionalism and attention to detail and delivering on time was beyond our expectations. Big shout out to Taylor, Tim, Chico, Jens and the whole continental team!!!

Our pool got cloudy over night. I took a sample of water to Continental pool and spa, chemical level were great. Instead of pushing products after products they suggested real fix it ideas. As told by Continental we changed the sand in our filter, brushed pool and shocked it. Woke up this morning to a clear pool!
This is our first year with a pool and sometimes the maintenance with chemicals is intimidating. Continental listened to me and they have our business!

Brian has gone absolutely above and beyond for my family. I knew from meeting him once that this is exactly who I wanted to work with because he took the extra time to help a newbie looking to spend a decent amount on a new tub! I strongly recommend this company to do all of your spa/pool needs. Our family will not be going elsewhere and we are grateful to have found such an awesome FAMILY run company.

Emily was awesome to work with! It took longer to get our hot tub with all this Covid-19 stuff going on but they always communicated with us as to what was going on either through email or phone calls. Added bonus Continental gives you the power box with your hot tub purchase too FYI. Also when they deliver it they stay out till it is full to ensure everything is working properly & also run you through the controls & how to care for your new hot tub. I would highly recommend them! We love our new hot tub!!

Delivered as promised and couldn t be more pleased with the hottub. Corona virus put everything on hold and they handled the situation as best as they could. Once things were back in operation the tub was built and shipped ASAP. Maybe a pool down the road?? Will definitely contact them for that as well!

I had CPS build my pool in 2004. They have been wonderful with weekly service and maintenance through the years.
This Spring was the first time we replaced the liner since we built the pool.
CPS staff was amazing and professional explaining everything when we selected our new liner. They had a well oiled crew that removed the old liner and had the new one in and pool filled within 8 hours.
Its is absolutely beautiful. Thanks CPS!!
