I got my hair cut there and i loooved it :) but if you have a problem with how your hair turned out, remember that yu walked in knowing this is a school. Meaning their learning how to cut hair. And if your still all pissy then lol grow up, it'll grow back..... Yu hope lol
Had a wonderful experience. All the staff and students were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Carol-Lynn and have nothing but wonderful things to say. She was kind, listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job working with my crazy regrowth and colouring my hair exactly how I wanted. I ll certainly be going back and going to Carol after she finishes school. She made a client for life
Great service and the girls did a great job on my hair! I am so happy with the whole experience. I got my hair coloured, cut and styled for a great price that didn t break the bank. They seem to always be busy and it s no surprise for the price and the quality, you can t go wrong.
Went to school here when it was on King Street and graduated 32 years ago. All but one instructor I had were great..had to give it up due to my back and being sensitive to the chemicals
Friendly staff, students who are anxious to learn and please and change for a twenty for a cut, color, tax and tip. The level of professionalism for basic hair care services certainly matches that of a professional salon for a quarter of the price.
I am so desapointed with my balayage, they didn t do a soft work very messy and the color is so yellow! They show me picture of what they did to an other customer and it didn t look the same at all. They ruined my hair for 100$ :( I am very sad !
Been there a few times and these students are learning in such a fashion that I trust their learning styles here @ Bruno's and the instructors are top notch. Love love love their expertise and skills. Hoping to get there again this week for a new style :) Positive results and experience EVERY time!

terrible school and terrible service teachers are dirty they smell like cigarettes and have bad attitude the prices are ridiculous for a school and now they nickle and dime you for a squirt of conditioner just a terrible service not going back and I'll be sure to spread the word

I absolutely love this place to have my hair worked on, I feel these past comments people have left is not very nice, you have to remember these kids are students learning how to become cosmetologist, everytime I have had my hair done it has been some of the best hair cuts I have ever gotten, not to mention the color and and styles, I enjoy going here better then some salons that charge out the ying yang for what they do....My family and friends have been going there for years and do not have one complaint...I have also met the owner John Morrison and he is one of the nicest guys ever, he wants to give kids opportunity to learn...I love this place and am insulted people would say anything bad about it.....It is AWESOME!!!! ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! They are great with mens hair too!!!!

Brunos have gone through many teachers in the last few years. In my view the owner of brunos should update his hiring teachers. My very last visit to this college was a tragedy. They changed my colour without telling me and it was awful. The student also spilled some of the hair dye on my light coooured purse and when teacher was advised her answer was " it looks like it was there for a while: never tried to fix it . That was my last visit.
Dragana from bruno's haircut gave me the best haircut , i ll sure come back again n i ll recommend to my friends too.
2nd time now that my wife and I have gone to Fennel and Upper Gage location. We have yet to be disappointed in the work the students do. I will definitely be back for more haircuts in the future.
I went two weeks ago for a hair cut. just 12 CAN. And the girl wash and condition my hair, she cut it and she blow it perfectly.
The people there are students and they have to be supervised by the teachers before they do something to your hair, so dont worry.
So you have everything in one: amazing price, two people attending you with real profesionalism and the satisfaction that you got what you want.
I'll be back now to dying my hair for sure!
