Worst experience ever ! Unprofessional! I was looking to get a CLS preowned certified. Cars were dinged and scratched all over. The salesman did not take me serious, didn t even wanted me to test drive the cars. Then he was talking to another client and left me hanging. So unprofessional! I just walked out I was so pissed! Never will I go there !!!

The service dept. has a Clean, friendly environment. I have bought 2 cars from them and all around have been extremely happy.

I recently had my car serviced there and I got nothing but 5 star service from Contemporary! John K. went above and beyond and his team did a tremendous job. They replaced the rails for my panoramic moonroof and even washed the car just before I picked it up. It felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot! I always go to Contemporary when I need my car worked on because of the exceptional service I receive from John and the service department.

Their customer service department and my rep Anthony are the reason I purchased my second Mercedes at Contemporary Motors. Anthony is always professional and sweet. Excellent service dept as expected for last 10 years!
