I’ve been with this company for over 5 years. Started as an agent and honestly had no intentions on making this a career. I’ve moved up the ladder and want to continue doing so. There are so many opportunities for growth and they are just an all around trusting company who really cares about their employees. I love to see the growth from only having just a couple clients to seeing it grow to the double digits is absolutely amazing. It’s very family oriented and I’ve learned so much while working here about the business world. I’ll probably retire from here 😊

I know what my job responsibilities are and what my objectives are. l understand what I need to do on a daily basis to support our customers. They hired me in full time, and then less than 90 days later, removed my position. They did this with no warning. To this day they still say I was hired full time. They moved me to another position but it was $4 less per hour, and again this all happened in two days with no warning. Be careful when working for them, if you re looking for stable employment, this isn t the place. In the middle of a pandemic, it is wrong to take people s job without warning. This company DOES NOT care about their employees. Very unprofessional, and no empathy at all.
Sent me a USB for their software, Employee handbook, Filled out my paperwork on Paycor, Sent me a congratulations email etc.
The day i was supposed to start (A week later) the "Recruitment leader" calls me and says "Oh we're sorry we aren't allowed to hire/contract out of your state so we can't let you start working" all after hiring me sending me my equipment etc.
They have no clue what they're doing and their reviews are spot on! During the hiring process i was hardly even spoken to they wouldn't respond to my emails or anything! Just to find out they "Accidentally hired me" on the day i'm supposed to start!!! How unprofessional and disgusting! Very bad company that doesn't even know how to hire people correctly!
I dont have to much of a negative response. I worked remotely and enjoyed working with the company. The staff is very welcoming and down to earth and there is always opportunity for growth. My only hang up was a situation with pay that took over 3 months to get corrected. I am still waiting assistance with reimbursement for the pay all and all out side of that the company is a great place to work for and had the payment issue not occured, I'd probably still be with company today.
Don t waste your time. Reminds you of Teleperformance if you ve ever worked there before. Ghetto management and untrained, young supervisors. They will treat you like children and expect you to not stand your ground when you are right about issues. Management never answer emails and that s the only real way you re supposed to contact them. If you have an issue it takes weeks to be resolved. I worked OT as part as an incentive and was never credited. Training was sketchy and taught by a child . It s not worth the time or money.
My daughter got a remote job with them. Very messy staff. Here equipment didn't work. She had to keep going to the office to get help. Never set up her direct deposit. She quit after a week and a half of this mess. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I felt the need to share.
Worst. Want you glued to the phones. And deal with angry customers and can only say sorry nothing to be done
Wonderful experience. Super friendly atmosphere. Staff very prompt. Only sat for a minute or two before I was taken back for appt. Very pleasant, very professional. Highly recommend if you're looking for work at home position. Overall a wonderful visit!
Seemed good a first but their training is way to much they use to many web sites and expect u to know how to use all of them in 2 weeks if they changed it to where they only use 3 or less web pages for stuff then training would be easier and not confusing so if u have anxiety real bad don t work here bc the training is way to much information I m just a week
