This place is full of liars! I was promised to get paid $75 after 3 visits, if I let them test sunscreen on my back. After second visit, they told me I don't qualify and only gave me $5 dollars which would not even pay for gas for the 2 visits if I had not lived 15 minutes from the place.
Be aware!
Do yourself a favor and find another way to make money because if you go to this place, you will only lose time, money, and self respect!

Well there are three beautiful women to meet when you first walk in that work at the front desk I know one of the name Miss Carol beautiful person everyday I see her she brings my day the staff there my best worker is Debra come in she's always smiling and willing to help I give consumer product 10 Stars keep up the good work

If you need some extra money for an easy and useful pastime job, this is a good opportunity.

Consumers testing site is fantastic the employees and the nurses are wonderful polite and very knowledgeable about the study that you are inquiring about in the building is clean

Just started doing this and it's great if you need extra cash. Most of the studies are numerous days so you need to have time to do them. If you have a full time job during the day it's not even worth doing it. Staff are super friendly

I thought this was a ok place. This place is the worst! I have been coming here for YEARS without incident with anyone. Doesn't that account for something? I guess not.
This place allows people to be abused VERBALLY by their workers. They are allowed to talk & treat you any kind of way they want without any regard.There were two incidents which one of them I was in the wrong. I parked where I shouldn't have & was asked to move. I wasn't happy about it made a
comments about why I needed to move. But I moved my car like I was asked. I thought the incident was over. Went in digned in, filled out paperwork, got patched & was walking out the building but the over zealous security guard taking her job to seriously was was waiting for me & followed me out of the building 15 TO 20 MINUTES LATER THREATENING ME! Why? I asked her why was she following me, the incedent regarding the parking space was over. I was over it. She should have been too. I told her to go back inside because I had nothing to say to her as I walked to my car. She told me she would f me up & have me banned from coming back. I turned around, walked toward her & asked her to repeat herself. She did. I told her to go get her teeth fixed & grow up & leave me alone. I couldn't believe she followed me outside 20 minutes later! If say anything back to them you are considered wrong & will be banned. When they are the ones who harrass you. Be aware of female security with missing teeth she's extremely hateful. I'm sure the videos can prove what she did. But this place has video but with no sound. How convenient for them. They chose to believe her over me of course. It was simply my word against hers. She had coworkers there who sided with her that came outside but those people had to come from behind their desks & come outside. How could they have seen and heard ALL that transpired. THEY DIDN'T! SHE VERBALLY ABUSED ME! But she knows the thruth & so does God. Leslie & Beverly (who no longer works there) are extremely nice people. And I was grateful to have met them & deal with them for many many years. This is so sad because it didn't have to go this far. Go there at your own risk.

Staff is friendly and the process to sign up is quick I recommend it

Love this place. They have frequent studies, the pay isn t great but it s an easy way to make some extra money. Easy going, nice staff. Ever since COVID they never pick up the phone but I still manage to get in for the studies I want.

Very rude!! The manger is very rude and disrespect toward her clients.

The technicians are always very professional and friendly at the same time.
The ladies in the front office are always patient when finding the test for your need

Not upfront with panelists. Make demands to be there same time 3 days in a row. Promise large sums of cash but do not tell you that you could be rejected, or what you could be rejected for. in order to meet their demands of 3 day in a row i made arrangements with work. After two young lab techs giggled and laughed at the red spots on my back they called in a DR and he rejected me due to a red splotchy-ness on my back that they knew about ahead of time from an initial evaluation of my skin type on my initial paperwork filled out months ago.

Bottom line do not loose a day of work to make more money they promise. In the end they did not come through and were completely unsympathetic. They are very disorganized and the staff is kind of rude.

Used to enjoy it. It was always quick and easy. Don t have any family issues or medical issues or basically life issues that would cause you to cancel on study. Even though you leave voicemail or speak with someone exposing situation you get banned. I understand how studies work but they need to show a bit of compassion and understanding. Still waiting for a call from supervisor for about a month now about this. So don t miss due to death in family or job loss and no means of transportation. Don t do it!! Banned for life! Used to like it but can t recommend this place anymore. Sad because I enjoyed it

Money money, but there are racists, no everybody but the most

Good attention Only those employees who have Spanish roots or speak Spanish for a tourist of a language other than English should be able to communicate in Spanish. Spanish is not bad. It is. A very rich language and when they do not consider it they speak it. Your employees consider something discriminatory ..

I have been working with this company for years and they are excellent. Some of the technicians, however, could be friendlier and less chatty, especially when they are at peak times and they need to see people quickly.
But other than that, I've not had a bad experience and they are always looking for panelists to work with.

Why not get paid for simple product studies?

I would never, ever participate in anything here again. So very disappointed with this establishment, the owners and supervisor's lack of compassion and understanding. First of all, the only way you can speak to a person on the phone is if you express interest in being a panelist so they can recruit you. All other lines are always directly to voicemail, yet when you are in the office there are plenty of able employees who can answer a call.
I participated in 3 consecutive challenges. This last one I attended every single visit not missing one. I had a serious shake up in my family unfortunately on the day I was supposed to come back for my "challenge". It was so upsetting, I completely forgot about coming that day. Mind you, this is the week of Christmas which made the shake up even worse. I went back in the next day and was told that I would only receive 1/2 of the money for the challenge. It is the week of Christmas, I depending on being paid for my participation in full. You could imagine the sinking feeling. The disappointment? I would like to say here that the technician who had to deliver me the unfortunate news was very compassionate. God Bless her for having a heart.
The supervisor, supervisor's assistant, the Dr Mike Caswell, who didn't return my voicemail I cannot say the same about.

Please be warned that the owner and Dr. make no exceptions so beware that if anything should ever happen no matter how diligent you are a participant that you can risk 1/2 your payment with no exceptions.

Sad.

A way to help you earn a few extra dollars. Courteous staff and they get you in and out quickly. Especially now that all visits are by appointment

Everyone is super nice def after trying TKL research , CPT is definitely the way to go extremely professional. On my second study and will keep coming back , very friendly staff.

I've completed many product tests here for fair compensation.

Some of the staff is friendly and similar not really that friendly staff and then you little bit more help behind the receptionist desk they need a little bit more help there otherwise this stuff is pretty friendly there's a few so so
