Good and bad experience.

Incident = My wife took an MVV appointment for my underage baby (two months) through VFS global Mumbai. On the day of the appointment, Ms. Sweta (Indian) officer refused to allow you an appointment. And misbehave with my wife. She has all documents MVV appointment approval letter from the IND Dutch Embassy as a special case of request fast process. She will appear with all legal documents on the day of the appointment. But instead of giving an overview of our situation or letter of recommendation. She refuses to help and show off her authority she will not accept and will reject the baby appointment.
Fortunately, in this case. Dutch officer arrived understands and considers her application and gives my baby approval MVV process.

The Dutch are very modest, generous, responsive and understand the situation.

Very nice staff. Very respectful. Securities are more welcoming you. They make sure you are very well prepared for everything and also help with all things. Both people inside consulate and other members I have good experience

Netherland consulate in Mumbai situated at near CSMT railway station. For VISA related work you need to visit this place in Mumbai. We mumbaikars are very lucky that the Netherland consulate is available for us in Mumbai only. For other cities and states, they have to visit Delhi office for same purpose.

Very good staff, good behaviour and security officials are very Cooperative.

The consulate is very accommodating. I was far earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they had my interview done as soon as the ones before me finished, which didn't take long either.

Visited the place before the covid-19 lockdown. My appointment was for 10am. But I reached there before 8:30 from pune, i went there and it took just 10 mins to complete all the process . Staffs are really awesome , always smile in their face.

I applied for the mvv study, process finished in 10mins the staff is very Friendly, u have to keep all the documents ready most importantly get awb number for dtdc courier in advance then it will be Hassel free... overall I had a great time!

Excellent and helpful staff to assist with Netherlands visa formalities. Due to a technical system issue, I had to wait for an hour. But all process was smooth and simple

no dustbin,waiting room, only people with appointment are allowed

The process at the consulate took only hardly 10 min. Provided u guys have your awb number from dtdc courier if u want the passport to be delivered by courier.At the consulate all u need to do is to fill the envelope for courier with awb number, submit
the documents and take finger prints. U will get the envelope from the consulate.If it is a dependent visa dont forget to take ur spouse's Netherlands address proof .

Helpful and understanding saff. They help a lot when my baby is with me. They also allowed someone with u to handal baby while process is up to complete not in inside but in waiting room. Totally under security.

The whole visa process went hastle free as the supporting staff was very helpful.

Terrible consulate ! Firstly most of the staff act like they are special. Dutch people are down to earth and polite but none of the staff in this consulate act the same. They rejected my tourist visa request although my earning is at par with what a average Dutch earn. Secondly they did not handle my MVV papers well. The main issue is the attitude of the staff including the security. Now that I am a Dutch citizen I can say this consulate must be shut just because they are in efficient and bring bad name to the country.
