Only took 1 hour to finish my passport renewal, i missed few documents but the staff helped me through step by step and i don't need to rush anywhere else to print my document. Was VERY HELPFUL! They're fun to talk as well, hands down.

Honestly the level of patience handled by the system they have is remarkable. My passport expired the next day and wasn t able to get a booking due to complications but they tried their best to commence one with again, a great level of patience and lenience. Could not be anymore happier with the service and can guarantee any of you they will get the job done.

The process, the staffs, and experience were extremely pleasant. It wasn't crowded possibly due to the COVID season (all safety procedures are in place) but nevertheless I totally enjoyed it and had my documents sorted there.

I was there to accompany my mom renew her passport and I was totally impressed by how friendly and professional those staff were, not to mention the super speed & fairness in serving us and others who were waiting for their turn. The security guards were also easy to talk too and everyone greeted us with smile. I didn t expect this kind of 5 stars service from an Indonesian government institution. Keep up the good work guys!

I went to the consulate yesterday to apply for a new passport. The service was above and beyond excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially because I was a little late for my appointment due to traffic. I see systems have definitely been adapted and improved as I have used their services for different personal things for years now, and I've always been satisfied with their services. I always make sure I read the requirements in the website correctly and bring along all supporting documents for the appointment, resulting to a smooth, efficient and quick process (less than 30 minutes). I don't understand the negative reviews on here to be honest. Thank you again KJRI!

I came here for my passport application and it was smooth, fast & efficient. Not to mention the staff were very helpful with a warmth welcoming smile, it does truly represents the hospitality culture of Indonesian. WELL DONE!
I noticed that they just launched a new online system for passport application which works great and user friendly, from the data entry to the email status update surely make my life so much easier. Trust me, It took only 1 day for my passport to be processed and ready to deliver.
Plus, they even provide us some tea & coffee which was a very thoughtful touch.
