The staff try to do their best but occasionally you have the guy at the entrance, rude as the rudest guy in the world. Young guy with tattoo. Also their booking appointments is a great idea but the system sucks! But once you make it, and you have the right documents, you will be dealt with the great people.

Social distancing is well implemented and once again the all staff was wonderful.
I was nervous for my appointment, as I do not speak French well at all, but the staff were extremely kind and helpful! The service was super efficient and I had my new passport delivered to my door in 8 days. All the online information and instructions are clear and easy to follow.
My appointment was 45min late with only a few - occupied - chairs and a room temperature rather warm and no fans. Needless to say that with the compulsory mask, the wait seemed long and painful. However, the various staff I encountered was polite and pleasant, 3 stars instead of 2, thanks to the staff!
I wonder why this consulat got a bad rating, honestly is not for nothing , unprofessional security guy keep receiving our letters and sign for it
Then just throw it away, don t even gave it to the right service, and same for the standards who in charge for emails don t have clue ,not helpful,don t replied, all they know is to send u to the web site and making it harder for u , no communication btw them don t even get in touch with you at all , seems like holiday for them , hopefully they will improve the staff in future . or give a good training to them.
Absolutely useless , impossible to speak to anyone, just send you to their website. Complete waste of time, my advice, go and knock on their door.

They're respecting social distancing while maintaining efficiency. Only problem is the corridors are a bit narrow which make it difficult to navigate in covid times.
I was there to apply for passport renewal. There is a photo booth available in the waiting room.
Overall a much better experience than I was envisioning.

He doesn t represent the image of the consulat and should be told off to behave in a better way.
